Hi Everyone
Just thought i'd let you know that a number of historic items are currently
under the hammer at E-Bay. Though the items belong to me, a friend
and moderator of my e-group is selling them through his account.
For those who cant remember or dont know who i am, my name
is Wayne Anthony and i'm one of the pioneers of Acid House
parties in the UK circa 1988. I've also written two cult status
books entitled: Class of 88 - The True Acid House Experience
and Spanish Highs - Sex Drugs & Excess in Ibiza (both were
published by Virgin).
I've decided to auction a number of items as i have plenty of
doubles and wont miss the items that get sold. The first items
under the hammer are;
Rave Game (Banned in UK 1991) - The game involves taking pills,
getting flyers and making your way to an ilegal Acid House party.

At long last I'm pleased to announce that my new flash site is currently being tested online. The site is only partially uploaded though many features such as the original newspaper clips & flyer galleries are fully functional.
Lots of little tweaks and design features make navigation and downloading far quicker. I'll be uploading stuff everyday for the next two weeks. I will also be adding an E-Commerce faciltity which takes shape of an online record & book store.

Yes It’s Christmas!
I wish a Merry Christmas to all those that celebrate this holy day. The 24th December brings back many memories of the rave evolution through time and across space. It was on this very day in 1988 that my two partners and I were finishing all the final touches to a warehouse that could hold five thousand people. Never had anyone managed to pull five thousand people to an event at that time so we didn’t intend on filling it up. Even if only a couple of hundred turned up to party, we didn’t need a crowd to have a party.
As a special treat to all visitors to posting on this board I've attached the full story of our event in 1988.
Enjoy yourselves people and be safe over the holidays. The New Year is coming can you hear the sound of the new millennium.

Im sure the bodies which house our spirits have died many a deaths both old and young. The current body my spirit has intergrated has lead an insane life of multi-global social experiences.
If this shell were laid to rest this very day, the people left behind would say that man lead a full life which was filled with diversity and adventure.
That said i guess my next life experience that is if i haven't mastered the lessons of the present life experience may encompass a small quiet shack away from the lights of the big city and an entirely seperate life to the last one.
Life is but a journey of experiences so learn them well my friends.
This flyer represents the begining of one journey which opened my mind and released my conditioned soul.

Hello Everyone
I was just surfing rave related websites and came across this website via search engines. I think it’s great that the rave scene is growing stronger with each passing year. These could well be the days of your lives people.
I was one of the innovators of acid house parties (raves) in the UK circa 1988. Back then we couldn’t even have imagined the sheer size of the rave scene today. It really is amazing to witness this transformation. The rave scene was very small in 1988, there must have been five thousands ravers in the country and most of them were in Ibiza or Tenerife. Months later we were promoting parties for up to 15,000 people in a warehouse that we’d broken into hours earlier.
And now it’s touched the entire world and that is truly amazing and makes this sub-culture the biggest youth movement that’s ever existed. There’s nothing bigger than rave culture and never will be as far as I can see.
Anyway I wish you people all the luck in the world and hope that one day you too will witness dance parties of the magnitude we enjoy in the UK. If you’d like to learn more about our struggle in the UK during the early days of Acid House please pay me visit.
