i got it the first time, if i want to read it four times, I don't need 4 posts! (J/K)... But someone went to the CD's at Ultra I think... oh yeah, I think it was Morillo... call me old fashioned, but i like vinyl, even though CD is probably tougher... I remember some saying that most DJ's stick to one set throughout their conference, and I did get the chance to listen to a couple guys twice, and they did play some of the same tracks, not sure if the set was identical though. Sander @ Ultra/Space Terrace and Dan @ Ultra/Clevelander... a few tracks were the same... Sander was great... definitely a surprise for me.

the lighting was so sick, I actually had to stop dancing and turnaround and stare at it... (i might've been the only one facing opposite of the DJ!)

can you elaborate? some of us were at Tiesto/Sander.... diddy? someone said he was spinning house! is this true?

I was pretty messed up that night... It was real packed, especially trying to get into the main room. Sander was awesome... as for Tiesto, I didn't think his set was all that great, but apparently I don't remember too much. Of the 4 in our group, 2 thought it was awesome, the other two didn't. And those guys made me leave around 7 or so (soon after the sun came up)... Did Morillo spin that day as well? They said superstar DJ for sunrise sessions, and then the one thing I do remember is seeing Morillo's name on those billboards on the 195... (or whatever FWY that is). i wanted to go back for the video but woke up too late, and too fucked up...

I thought it was the best party, its too bad I'm a huge Laker fan and was partly in recovery mode and partly interested in watching the game... I got to the party late, but saw DJ Dan on the decks... and yes we had a small prob at the door. Despite emailing Joe, and getting a confirmation email from *********... I STILL wasn't on their list!!! But they gave it to us anyways....although I never figured out what the wristband was for, while others didn't have it... still an awesome party...love those ********* girls...met a couple @ mansion the night previously...

I have to agree. Godskitchen put up an excellent decor & lighting... I stuck with the superstar DJ's and AVB's set was the best. Ferry Corsten @ Space comes in 2nd... Sasha & Digger @ Mansion were good too, but the lights & setup weren't. by the way, there was a great vocals (female) track early in Lemon8's set (the other room) while Method was performing... did you get a chance to hear it? tryin to find it, and tough to describe...

klubbheadsor... awesome signature... my favorite flick, always watch it when I miss home... Michael Mann is an awesome director, probably 2nd best after McTiernan in my book!

i've never heard of cielo... what and where's that, and I'm assuming they play dance music, since it won an award as the best club venue @ the dancestar awards... and please don't allow for me (an anti-newyorker) to bash the dance scene in NY... this ghetto city is all about hip hop... a friend came to visit and was laughing his a$$ off.... at, not with.

the only one I know of is Radio 1's essential mix @ Ultra at bbc.co.uk/radio1 I think its Tong & Sander...

sh!t man... i think i lossed 10 lbs, aged 2 years, still have my head ringing, and missed most of the daytime parties not to mention some of the cool industrie events (like remix hotel)... and still had a blast... now onto tracklist requests and MAJOR recovery mode for the next few days...

I'm actually looking for one for myself, an easy one (i think)... it contains the beastie boys intergalactic intro (not the daftpunk remix)... he dropped it at ultra too i think... i loved wmc...sander was great, junkie xl was too... roger sanchez until 10 am was crazy...

hot girls in miami? uhhh, well anything over NY is an upgrade... one things for certain, their bodies sure are kicking! personally, i noticed crobar with better girls than mansion or space...

yeah, sat night is tough. I'm doing space for pvd, tiesto, and oaky... so S&D at mansion is where I'll be... BUT... with ultra going until 1 or so, and mansion only guarentee's admission before midnight, something will have to sacrifice... and carl cox at crobar sounds tempting!

is it really picotto? he'll be at priveledge 4 days later... his schedule doesn't have anything for the 9th per se but he's in canada on the 11th. and in australia before... if it is, then I'll have to make my way there... can't cap off WMC without picotto... (or i was tempted to catch him once back in NY)

yeah, that blows... the only reason I'm bringing my camera is to get shots of my friends having a blast... what does ultra care? what's the big fear? taking pictures for profit? sheesh... worried that one of us will try to "copy" ultra's set up? man... that blows... this is gonna be the only time I visit WMC and I'd like to have something to remember it by since i'll be piss drunk for most of the time... but space & ultra say no cameras... as if i wasn't there... oh well.
