    I Just feel the need to comment on the Latest things posted about Djais In Belmar.

    So it’s now Saturday February 11th 2006 and we are presently getting a foot or so of snow dumped on us, tonight with great pleasure Soundgarden was all set to host a Djias Halfway to Summer VIP Event.

    Early this afternoon, a customer calls SG to ask about tonight’s Feb 11th event and proceeded to ask? If what he heard about Djais on the Internet was True.

    I took this to heart for so many reasons. I proceeded to get very angry at this call and said to this guy, and I Quote “ Do you really think that I would hold an event and invest thousands of dollars in radio, print, mail etc for a Venue that will not be open for the summer 2006…â€

    To those of you who care to read this post… allow me, to elaborate in depth with what I told this Dude.

    When the Internet was introduced it’s was subtitled as the information super highway. Although this new technology’s intentions were good I’m sure…. But like most and because it’s all about the freedom of expression and opinion and being virtually free, it’s now more known as the Misinformation Highway.

    Let this be a lesson, there are people in all kinds of businesses out there trying to make a living during this difficult time in our lives.

    Open forums at first where pretty cool till it turned ugly like most of our hidden society, especially when a person can hide behind a fictitious name.

    The Internet brought our world close true… But it also opens a door to danger, I use to enjoy that fact that my daughter can do research and multi task to make school work fun… but not any more.

    This technology… that allows us to be efficient, has become the debacle of society and requires monitoring daily because of its Vigilance. As a responsible Parent that makes me nervous and takes unnecessary time out of my day.

    We in this industry wake up every day with New Challenges, the last thing any businessman needs is a writing that has no substance or credibility.

    Which leaves us to only believe that free message boards on the Internet contain zero truthfulness, and I feel really sorry for anyone who gets animated by the bullshit, which is why I don’t post and just can’t be part of the every day fraud and fiasco in club land when it come to open forums on various sites.

    I mean really the “ Review thing†and the “ thank you for coming out thing “ anyone who participates in ether side of this premeditated deception should really get your head out of you ass and wake up.

    If you participants are so positive and truthful about your reviews, thank you’s, and hyped postings then why not send out a direct letter in the mail where it can be traced back to its origin.

    Oh I forgot… that cost Money…

    Sad .....but true EAI

    When I was in Brazil I trained at Chute. Hardcore...they took it (real) easy on me cause I was an american. Have some great pics with Wanderlei..so nice..till he gets in the ring...lol.

    genius?? why do u think u r getting a negative investment? why should clubs hire dj's that buy new music, when they can get a second rate dj they plays crappy old music............. oh well

    Can you explain exactly how new music translates into a succesful night. (I mean for real) - Why are the latest club releases of any interest to anyone coming to clubs nowadays when all they know & want ( even proclaimed "clubbers") is the hip hop?

    probably what happen is the people couldn't take listening to the same songs week in and week out, finally, they had enuff and started a big riot........ blame it on crappy music....... If u had to listen to "crazy frog" (what a peice of crap song) u would start fighting too.......

    You know NOTHING!

    All we hear out of you is you bitching about DJ's not spinning your type of music

    Find a new subject - no wants to listen to your old tired one.

    Learn to write & speak proper English - The point is, hater, that you obviously have jealousy problems over JP at S9, & you are a loser for showing what surely is misplaced aggression toward what? - get this - A DJ doing a guest spot for one night at a club! Why does that disturb you so much, hater?

    I have never been to S9 & haven't heard JP in the last 5 years, but that isn't even the point.

    DJ's can do wonderful things with computers, not to mention all tracks you hear now where made on computers, but I'll stop here, I don't want to confuse you any more than you already are.

    The point about what you do for a living I'm making is easy - JP is a winner in life & you have shown here at CP you are a loser, not only mentally but surely financially.

    Fuck studio 9 n Fuck JP what a fucking waste of time that was. worst of all the fuckign guy was just playing from his goddamn mac JP SUCKS he used to be great back at the factory but now he just sucks :bored::no:

    All DJ's play from a laptop now - WHY WOULD THAT EVEN MATTER?

    JP made 18 grand that night - what do you do for a living?

    c) atmosphere of the establishment

    d) the way the staff treats them

    Eugene does not assume, he does what works from his years of experience. If you think an all house format will work in jersey and make a club profitable you are delusional. Girls want to hear usher ,kevin lyttle , etc and all the mtv crap in a club when they go out, so unless you want a roomfull of guys you have to play to the girls. House music is great, but as of now you cant make a profitable nightclub business playing only house.
    someday i want to own a club & i'll get every promoter & every dj ever to make it great. I'll make the DJ play the most hardest, unknown underground stuff ever & give the promoter everything they ask for & buy all their friends drinks & comps out the ass - I'll make so many friends & have all the girls want to say hello to me - I think I'll call my club FANTASYLAND!
