  1. If I believe WHAT? Do you read the papers or watch ESPN at all? They x-rayed ALL OF HIS BATS and found NOTHING. If you DONT believe that....then I dont know what to tell you, aside from watch out when you leave the house tomorrow...big brother is watching..
  2. Dont let the fact that they X-Rayed 75 OTHER BATS...and ALL HIS BATS IN THE HALL OF FAME and found NOTHING spoil your ranting. The guy made a mistake...get over it.
  3. You have got to be kidding me. Exactly WHO do you think would wear this cheese dick shit? Danny Tenaglia and Carl Cox dont even have fucking shirts with their names on them...and those guys are the best in the world. Tell me you SERIOUSLY dont think anyone wants this shit....what a joker.
  4. Looking forward to checking out the new place...Energy is a fucking toilet kid...time to find a new venue. The sound in there last night in the main room was embarassing. Every time Frankie did a mix, it sounded like the speakers were going to explode. With all due respect, it is hard to debate the underground vs. more upfront rooms (like Metropolis and Axis) when you have sad venues like The Living Room.
  5. Dude, it would probably make you happy if someone gave a fuck about your sad life to stalk you. No such luck. First off, if anyone has been to Energy, they know how ghetto that place is. And since they are moving next week to a new spot, it was even worse than usual last night. The sound was terrible and it made it hard to enjoy the music. Venom was crazy as usual and Frankie played a good set of old school electro and techno. But the lack of bass and overall sound just made it tough to enjoy. I will be back down in a few weeks to check out Nigel Richards at the new spot.
  6. Oakenfold? WTF did he do for the scene? I have been in this game a LOT longer than you bro....anytime you want to have a debate on the history of dance music and who started what, just let me know so I can school your ass. The only thing Oakie did was go to the beaches of Southeast Asia and steal their sound...and then luck out when U2 asked him to play with them in the mid 90s. Frankie Bones (along with Tommy Musto) were two of the most influential producers and DJs on the early scene...and his Storm Raves were the first renegade parties on the East Coast. He continues to release good tracks and has topped the Techno charts (on seveal occasions over the past few years.)...and plays everywhere. Maybe not the clubs you follow, but he plays at parties and events all over the US, Canada, Mexico, Japan and recently played in Singapore at Zook. As for your smart ass "can't get a gig at a decent club" comment...what makes a decent club? Axis has great sound and is at top notch venue, but they have a fucking LAME ASS CROWD every week....is that a "decent club"? Frankie might play at warehouses and underground events (like Energy), but the entire room is there for the right reasons and will be into what is going on...unlike the apethetic crowds at your so called "decent clubs" Maybe you should take that fat fucking foot of yours...and stick it in your mouth.
  7. Not sure what they say, but it is probably true. As for the rest of the comments....WHATEVER. You people would rather suck each other off, talking about going to see James Zabileia (who has been fucking spinning for a few years and has potential...but is FAR from all that) yet you ignore posts about people like Frankie Bones (the godfather of Techno in this country) and Nigel Richards (one of the hardest working men in the US scene). Go listen to the latest SNOOZE FEST from Global Underground or drive to ARC to stand in the middle of the dancefloor for 10 hours so you can trainspot every track and come back and write LONG HEARTFELT Reviews about how the music that night was a "life changing experience"...give me a fucking break. Frankie Bones was one of the architects of the scene in this country and one of the FIRST AMERICAN DJs to play in Europe....have a little respect.
  8. Dont sweat it Volume. These lame motherfuckers on this board dont know SHIT about Techno (or anything other than BORING ASS Progressive)...so they wont be missed down in Providence on Tuesday. They will all be at some house party in Allston, hosting a "pre-game" circle jerk waiting for the next "Global Underground" joker to come to Avalon and play 11 snooze-fest tracks an hour.
  9. They found it a few times this week didnt they? Now you can tell us how great the Pats are and how you knew they would win all along. TOOL
  10. What a fucking tool this kid is:hat:
  11. due to a slight turn of events, i'll be going to eat my dinner and THEN taking a dump...just thought you would all like to know
  12. He must be very pround to have such a "well respected" organization behind him.
  13. Nice to see something other than "progressive" nights mentioned on this board. Good Luck with it.

Dude, one question. Dont you think you take this whole "going out clubbing" thing a little too seriously? I mean, COME ON...you are not talking about a life saving miracle or a life changing event...you are talking about a F*cking DJ playing records. It is nice that people have fun when they go out and connect with the DJ and the music...but give me a break.
  15. Nope never heard of em. BTW....how do you figure? Carl Cox plays Techno or Funky, Filtered House Eric Morillo plays House Sander Kleinenberg plays Progressive House Christian Smith play Techno Where do you see Christian Smith playing Disco House or Carl Cox playing Deep House? Just giving you some advice kid...find a style and learn it...no one wants to book a DJ without an identity...or somone who plays "it all"...and masters NONE OF IT.
