Hello, I am new to Cambridge. Moved here last Friday from New York. I am looking for places to go. Something nice, trendy, good crowd. No matter lounge, bar, or club. Any suggestions would be great. I am not always intot eh big night clubs. Please help....Thanks. Joe

Sounds like bullshit. Of all the places Girls Gone Wild can stop in america they will stop at Studio 9 in Woodbridge, NJ?? I might be able to understand a Girls Gone Wild on the NJ Shore or the Hamptons..but Girls Gone Wild at studio 9....

I went to one party, it was sick. Godskitchen still at Ikon? taking time off? or over and done with?

I must really be out of it, becuase I see that Godskitchen is producing Ikon saturdays????... I went to a few of there parties while abroad, and they are unreal...I hope this works for them, NYC can use this. If it work's for get about it.

Johnathan will ruin yet another club in nyc. I like the spirit sat party alot. it was going very well, why fix something thats not broken. close the place down at 5 am and you'll be good... + am I the only one who can't stand the way jp spins, pots and pans banging all night long...

Spirit was definitely solid last night. Best "big club" saturday party I think in the city in a long time...Good job to the promoters...

I persoanlly go because of Thorin and Sevan...Those guys always throw a good party, plus anyone who knows Thorin, knows how fun it is to see him banged up...

why is this topic even a disccusion?? What will happen will happen, everyone in this thread makes valid points. Richard Grant for 1 is very wealthy, if he was making over $6million a year just on cover charges i am sure he has a little something put away. If he doesn't go to jail do you think he will not open a new night club??? As for JP, I am not particularly a fan, and yes his followers are notrious for using drugs, but I do not see how that is his fault. A club hires JP, granted now he is co-owner of black, but in previous years, he was an employee being sub-contracted basically, so its the clubs responsibility. Its always about money, Richard Grant knew it, and anyone else who books Johnathan peters knows it too..... Honestly, I might get reemed for this, I mean ripped apart, but I do not blame Mike Bloomberg for cracking down, just last week 4 OD's in balck, and deaths, people are ruining there lives, and for sure, club owners just want to get paid. he is honestly doing the right thing, had owners run a clen and legit show, this would not be happening...
