[Ultra low hip-hugging jeans]

Ladies, I'm looking for the lowest of the low. I know Frankie B's are great but does anyone know of other brands, stores, etc. I can find a fly pair of REALLY low rise jeans. Also, if you know of a maker that accomodates the shorter girls too! Thank u!
