Studio Distribution is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, self-motivated person to be a College Music Marketing Representative in the following markets:
Boston
DC
Los Angeles
Seattle
Miami
Atlanta
San Francisco
Chicago
Detroit
You must be currently enrolled in college full or part-time, with at least one year of school remaining. Perks include: flexible hours (8-10 per week), exposure to cool new music, free concert tickets to our priority artists, and the opportunity to earn college credit while clubbing. Have access to our entire back catalog!!

You would "hype," "market," "create awareness & excitement" for our priority artists by setting up listening parties on campus and local clubs, securing college radio airplay for the records, set up interviews with local entertainment publications around tour dates, hand out flyers, stickers, etc. at competitive concerts, talk-up our records in chat rooms on the internet, create displays at music stores, give out promotional CDs to said retailers and lifestyle accounts. And anything else creative you can come up with to generate sales & raise awareness of our priority artists. You’re only limited by your own enthusiasm and imagination. Studio Distribution America's #1 Electronic Music Distributer is looking for highly motivated individuals to do special promotions for Roger Sanchez's (Grammy winner!!) new release:
Release Yourself 2003
Here is the lowdown:
We are looking for individuals to visit night clubs that cater to the sound of Roger Sanchez and to hand out flyers and to put up poster in specialized music shops.
Also individuals should be able to target the right audience for this release.
There will be two parts to this mission, there will be two weeks that will be needed to hand out materials at the right places, after those two weeks are up you will be asked to revist retail locations (records stores) to ensure that the CD is in the shop.
