Hey everyone out there. Now that summer is wrapping up, I am getting excited that the fall movie season is coming when the studios start to release their better films to gear up for Oscar season. What does everyone think will be contenders for best picture? The preview for The Two Towers on the Lord of the Rings DVD has me super pumped for that to come out. I am also really intrigued about Solaris, from what I have seen and read it looks really good. I am also really pumped for Red Dragon, the next Hannibal Lector movie. A new trailer for it was just put up at http://www.apple.com/trailers and it makes the film look really good. I have read some early reviews from screenings and people are saying that Anthony Hopkins deserves a nomination for his role this time. Hi everybody. I love coming to boards to meet new people and talk about movies. There are so many great films out there to talk about. What is everybody's favorite movie? I would have to say that mine is The Silence of the Lambs. Jodie Foster and Anthony Hopkins are both incredible in it. Hopkins as Hannibal Lector has to be one of the best villans ever in any film.
