  1. OK people, this is strickly for the head strong. Heard a certain individual throw a 2003 remix of this track down last Saturday so it gave me the urge to hunt down this 2001 wicked as %&@* mix. I actually landed this bad boy back in 2001 while checking out Tiesto at "The Guvernment" in Toronto, Canada. Forgot I had it. Keep an ear out for the Hal 9000 sample from the Arthur C. Clarke's - Space Odyssey 2001 movie. Pretty creative. Enjoy, Sample it here http://soturecords.com/BinaryFinary2001BreakBeatMix.mp3 OBBY www.soturecords.com

  7. Tocharian return to the forefront, this time in partnership with Intrinsic head honcho Christian Lewis to deliver a vocal stormer that arrives just in time for the summer heat. ‘Focus On You’ has been receiving airplay from the man like Sasha himself, and is sure to do the damage in the following months. On the a-side is the Original mix featuring the seductive vocals of Phillipa Alexander. The production begins with some quirky instrumental elements with a soothing layer of sound humming underneath it all. The vocals of Phillipa come in and out until the track breaks down momentarily early on in the piece, unearthing emotive pieces of strings. The track then builds a little more until another breakdown midway into the track singles out the vocals with the strings, and then builds, firstly with a little cheeky melody and a smooth baseline. The track then enters its peak with beautiful results as melody, vocals, baseline all meet in unison. On the flip is the Dub. The beats in this mix have a nice melody to them, and combine well with short vocal spurts from Phillipa. The arrangement maintains a steady flow throughout, however, the track builds in a subtle manner as effects build the track in a very subtle way. It’s a nice addition to the full throttle original mix. The collaboration has indeed worked out to the best, giving Intrinsic another solid release following the success of Tocharian’s solo efforts with ‘Arcadia’ and ‘Awakening’. The original mix is sure to do the damage, filled with emotional triggers and luscious vocals. The dub will cater for those beat junkies looking for a tougher edge late in the set. Intrinsic hit the spot again. Sample Tocharian & Christian Lewis - Focus On You here http://dancerecords.com/makeram.php?id=20102&referrer=/cart.php Enjoy, OBBY

  10. Must suck to have fake friends which he obviously has. I'm sorry. I usually do not reply to these type of post that may cause some arguments but unfortunetly I am one of the respectable individuals who witnessed his unprofetionalism first hand. Live and direct. I am one that believes in Karma so I will just let life work it's wonders.
  11. Sorry to hear you think that way SOBE. Like The Hog stated. "It's not supposed to be that way" Your approach of "so we can choose to, deal with it or not" is a strange approach in my books. What's wrong with treating people in the manner that you would like yourself to be treated? Is that too much to ask in clubland? Your right, people can work their ways around him but honestly....should they have to go to those extremes? Why not just have an individual that practices well manners and at the same time enforce the rules? I think my point has been made as well so I wish you a great day as well. OBBY
  12. I agree. No one is perfect but in this case this guy treats people in this manner intentionally. I don't think anyone is born rude. You have to become it. He definitely practices it. I had your mentality the first couple of times that I had to deal with him. After multiple attempts treating him like a human, I realized he is either 1- straight up rude. 2- Not a people person. or 3- Thinks that door host's should hold this rude reputation over their head so that people can "try" buttering them up and help them feel special. When it comes down to it. The years that I have lived in Miami and have gone out (MY WHOLE LIFE). I have been molded (not by one but by all) to realize that door host tend to treat you respectfully during the "opening" days of the club. Once the crowd had been established it seems like attitudes sometimes change. I myself am friends with many of the door host around Miami just for the fact that I see ALL THE TIME and I am always passing out promos and t-shirts to them. Although they are nice to me. It dos not change the fact of how I see them treat others. Straight up wrong. "You can attract more bee's with honey than you can with vinegar"
  13. Let me guess this straight...are you trying to say that everyone with a stressful job has the right to be rude at times? First of all. The job doesn't take too much science. Second, I am one of the downest person there is here ( I think ) and I have approached him respectfully in the past when his job wasn't so "hectic" and he has ALWAYS been rude. Yes yes we know that although not rocket science, being a door host can be stressful at times.....but if that is the case. Then don't seek a job that might change your right way of being. Sorry SOBE, had to jump in on this one because I myself am one who thinks that EVERYONE should be treated as an equal and again, I am one who tried the "good guy" approach already. He has his good days and his bad days. Doesn't that remind you of a certain sex? You can attack me now. Peace, OBBY www.soturecords.com
  14. Bill Hamel and Matt Fitzwater to be reconized for these bootlegs. Not the usual Hamel style and although somewhat mellow in my books, I am sure most of you will enjoy this one.
