A decent time in LA. I'm throwing in the Brazilian because we may want to hit a Brazil night, with those dark, friendly, bootilicious Brazilian chicks, and the NYC part to let you know he's hard to impress.
So whatever. Wherever the girls are cool, they're playing more hip hop than house, and there's a dance floor. That's what he likes.
But we're open to whatever's hawt that night. Let me know. I've been too busy and lazy to check out the club scene so this weekend will be my chance to get a taste.

I liked how the ugly one, Play, was supposed to be a player and crap. Kid was an awesome dancer. I remember copying his moves in junior high.

I'll join the Kid N' Play kick step. There's nothing more breathtaking than a well executed three way kid N play kick step. Me and some friends started doing it one a trip through Europe once and all these people started watching us, they started crying then holding hands, and the next thing we knew everybody was tearing down the Berlin Wall.
I'm not kidding. Our Kid N' Play kick step ended the cold war. No applause. I'm human just like you. I put on my pants one leg at a time. Except once my pants is on, I do the kid n play kick step and change the world.

I plan on already being halfway in the bag by the time 6:30 rolls along so $4 marg's sound perfect. I'm going to bring some dice so we can play Dungeons and Dragon. j/k

Getting back to Queens at 4:30 in the morning after a night of heroic drinking in the city sucked sack. Sometimes the 6 and/or N train came in quickly, and sometimes, as you probably know, it would take 45 minutes. 45 minutes of feeling like you want to puke, totally surrounded by drunk, horny men (and, yes, myself included) who all look like extras out of a prison movie.
BUT, with all that said, at least I could get totally HOUSED and not have to worry about drunk driving. And if there was a friend with you you could just split the 15 bucks and grab a cab. And my neighborhood had the dopest shish-kebab vendor in the world working until 6 in the am. Hot Greek chicks, too.

Thought Tila came across as a pretty down chick. Nice booty for an Asian girl, too. Not a genius but definitely way above average in intelligence and judging by her website a savvy self-promoter. And I say that with the uptmost respect.
Everybody on that show was "normal," i.e. they didn't strike me as being exceptionally bad or good, smart or dumb. Yes, Joe is an angry young man, but the show sort of hinted at a rocky childhood. Sarah is a raving lunatic, but cute and she means well.
I wouldn't mind seeing a show called Surviving Suge Knight. He would make Ted look like Al Gore. Can you imagine Suge pistol whipping somebody for blinking the wrong way? That would be some scary ass shit.

I don't know who called you a dumb ass but I called you a "genius." I also called you a "drunk" but in my world that's the ultimate term of endearment.
I'm always down for cheap drinks and open bars and hanging out with interesting drunks. It's sad but I've noticed that there aren't nearly as many drunks in LA as there are in NYC. Must be the drinking and driving thing. F-ing blows.

No, I'm not a clubber really. I just like to go to different places depending on my mood. So rip on the LA rave scene all you want.
In NYC I didn't have a regular spot. One week it would be Turtle Bay, or Coral Room, occasionally Webster Hall, Bungalow 8, Flow, or just some dive in Alphabet City, etc. NYC was cool like that.
The drinking and driving fear is just killing me out here.

I'm a New Yorker who just moved to LA. I need somebody who's partied a lot on both coasts to answer a few questions. Tell me what the LA equivalent of the following NYC spots are.
For example, if I said Sound Factory, you would say that the place in LA that comes closest in spirit and tone to Sound Factory is Ivar, or something. I don't know shit.

I'm beginning to think there aren't a whole lot of Brazilians in LA, Weyes. I've been searching and searching and have come up with very little.
Any suggestions not Brazil related? Just someplace without a ridiculous door policy, a dance floor, and some hip hop without a lot of gangsters standing around flexing.
