Last Friday ... while the boys were celebrating at the pool ... I thought of you Leo. They brought it back to Argentina man. .

Most of it applies to all piercings ... except mouth piercings. You have seen tons of industrials .. and how the silver balls sit on the edge of the cartiledge. That will be your next step once your piercing has healed. To go with a shorter BB that fits exact. This is the same concept as with lip piercings. You first get pieced with a bigger diameter ring and then, once it heals, go with the one that sits just on the lip. PS: Hi Laura. .

It is normal that it hurts .. it is one of the toughest piercing to heal ... afterall it is hard tissue. While it is healing ... and ALL piercings ... keep your hands OFF your piercing. Your piercing IS NOT a TOY, at least until it heals. A couple things you need to know about an industrial: 1) The bar should be at least a 1/4 inch longer ... there will be minor swealing, and if it is tight you will only worsen the piercing. Also, you need space to move the bar freely for cleaning. 2) Don't switch the jewelry. The piercing WAS NOT done straight as when you have studs. It was done in an angle so that the barbell can sit IN THE PROPER place. 3) Avoid switching the jewelry until you have reached a complete healing. Remeber not to gauge up the piercing unless you are willing to wear, from then on, a thinner piece. 4) NEVER use gold in a fresh piercing. Gold is good only once the piercing is completely healed. Gold is a porous metal, which will hold bacteria and infect your piercing. Just think of a golf ball and its dents. 5) Always make sure your piercer uses stainless steel grade 316L or better. When you are not sure .. go with the basic jewelry. The fancier jewelry tends to be made in Orient and the quality control is almost non-existant. Lower grades of steel are more porous and will complicate the healing. Like in #4. 6) NEVER put alcohol or hydrogen peroxide on a piercing. Both of those products do desinfect a wound. But a piercing IS NOT a normal wound ... it has a strange metal rubbing against it. The body tries to fight the metal, but worst ... alcohol and hydrogen peroxide will soften the piercing as you use it on it, making it easier for the metal to break extra an further tissue. In your case, while sleeeping you will unconciously sleep on the pierced ear and re-break soft tissue ... it will get infected easier and make it a never ending process. 7) Bactine is excellent. Also .. use anti-bacterial soap on the jewelry while in the shower ... moving the jewelry back and forth. Try to get as much AB soap out of the piercing. If some stays in after you tried, it won't do any harm. Also, water and salt helps to heal. It is easier if you buy Saline Solution (contact lens kind) and pour on it several times a day. If you see the piercing getting redish or infected ... apply Neosporin or any antibiotic ointment. Cartiledge piercing ... and industrials take longer than most piercings. Anywhere between 2 and 6 months. Remember ... everybody heals at a different rate. Happy holidays ... VIP .

Arsenal has to be in the final four this year. Despite the bad shape in European competition, it has a team that is both practical and efective. They should be challengers this year, provided Vieira is fit.

Once again the Intercontinental Cup will be held in Tokyo. Despite the fact that Tevez is currently injured and has legal problems to play, he should be at the match. Three years ago Boca beat Real Madrid 2-1. The following year they lost to Bayern 0-1 with a golden goal. They come back to Tokyo for the third time in four years, with the same coach who took them there the previous 2 times, Bianchi. This Boca team is a solid team. The team work brought them to raise the Libertadores Cup. The same solid team work will give them the Argentinian tournament tomorrow, provided they win, with three games to go. I see Boca defeating Milan in this final. Furtheremore, Tevez' price will raise anywhere between 5-10 mil after the game. He is the closest to Maradona I've seen. And has already won more titles than Diego. My forecast: Boca 3 - Milan 1 Am I alone on this one?

Should be a great match. Arsenal can only win in Milan, if they want to depend on their own fate, on match-day 6. Inter won 0-3 away in their previous meeting. Over the weekend they demolished Reginna 6-0. Since Zacheroni replaced Cuper, Inter have placed themselves 4th in the league. I see Arsenal bringing back the 3 points.

Beckham's goal, first of Real today, was a-ma-zing. He has to be the top player on the position.

The media has over blown Adu. One thing is true thou, the biggest teams in Europe wanted him. I would had prefered seing him go to Europe. The development of the physical aspect is crucial.

It is a bit late ... but many reasons got me away from the computer until now ... It was a nice return to the sounds of Chris and Mono ... they played a solid housy set ... that got the crowd involved from beginning to end ... Excellent build-ups ... just to drop the hammer at the right time ... Chris and Mono's sound has evolved ... leaving them with some of the freshest sounds I've heard in Miami ... experience has built them into a fantastic duo ... same experience that has taught them how to keep the dance floor pumped ... like few others I've witnessed ... Both are starting a new residency this Sunday ... it is really a treat to hear these two ... so when you guys have a chance ... swing by ... you can't be disappointed ...
