Are the best dancers really come from Toronto?

I know that Toronto has the most club space in the world along with one of the most diverse club scenes in North America. with the types of 'nights' we have here from top 40, dance, hip-hop , euro, afterhours and the typical guverment sounds there is quite a selection of people to see of all ethnics dancing to there favourite types whether it be sober or induced by drugs. If there is anyone who knows of a certain club in the GTA that has "world class dancers' let me know.
