Actually Nerve is no longer. The sign is still up, but they were evicted a couple mos ago. Hopefully things will change by March, I live down the street and would love to just crawl home after some sick ass parties like they had last year.

If I haven't said it before, Nip/Tuck has to be one of the best shows EVER! I watched it last night and I couldn't take my eyes off of it...well I had to for the gross parts. It's amazing what they get away with on that show with the station they are on, I feel like I am watching HBO or something.

Football always reminds me of Thanksgiving when my brothers are together fighting over which team is better and which player sucks....I LOVE IT! Oh but not to go on another topic, however I know that Cubs v. Marlins game has been postponed. Have they played yet? If not when? I have been too busy to even look.

I would go if I didn't have a friend come in to visit me. Not sure if he is into the music, we'll see, maybe I can use my powers of persuasion.

Though this is a clothing store and not a club, this Saturday night from 6-9, it will certainly be transformed into a club. Jumping on the VMA bandwagon and also showcasing our new fall line, we would like to invite everyone for an event that will feature a house dj, DJ JOJO, goody bags from ghiradheli (sp?), 10% of regular price in the store and 20% off the shoe store next to us (forgot the name). Also, I am not 100% sure this is going to happen and was told not to say anything unless we were sure, but we might be giving away wristbands for complimentary admission to Amika until 1:00am that night. So please come in and shop, eat or mingle. Even if you don't like the clothes, come in and say hi. Club Monaco is located next to Senor Frogs between 6th and 7th on Collins Avenue.
