Right in the basement, across from where the Dj booth was (always was Cleaveland spinnin). It was a small room, and there'd always be a few people laying on the floor staring at some hardcore porn.

SF was all about drugs and staring at half naked girls.. on drugs. I actually preferred hanging in the basement listening to Cleavland and staring at boobies because I could sit there mangled without a care in the world. There was even a room off to the side where people would just lay on the floor while extremely hardcore pornos would play on a shitty TV set. Anyone could have been spinnin' .. JP,, anyone.. and it wouldn't have mattered. It was all about how dark it was, how big it was, how many hot girls there was, what weird shit you might see and the lack of care in terms of drug use throughout the club. I used to go from like 98-2000.. never expeirienced the older one but from what i've heard its in a league of its own. JP plays some really cheesey shit... mostly the same shit over and over again. I think when you're fucked up some people enjoy hearing something familiar which is why he has so many fans. just my 2 cents

Ok I'm going to Vegas with the wife in mid-September. I haven't been out to clubs in a long time and I need to pick up some clothes (preferabbly online). Any suggestions of good sites to shop at? Also, wtf is with jeans costing over $200 nowdays. They look great but damn there's no way I can convince the wife to allow me to spend $200 on jeans =( Thanks in advance.

I definetly agree with everything you said, but thats pretty much the way the world works. Money is everything. As long as people keep buying crap music, people will keep broadcasting it. Any chance of MF DOOM showing up at this event? If so I'll stop by during lunch break

He was one of the main reasons I went too. I liked his style + the basement, so much more then the rest of factory/jp. Usually a good vibe down there.. a few years ago anyway.
