Suburban is the production alias of Mark Martini & Aaron Beck Schachter. Their debut album "Parallel Addiction" varies in multiple electronic and dance styles all with a dreamy, melodic atmosphere. Influenced by the sounds of great electonic artists such as Orbital, Future Sound of London, and Underworld the music is sublime, with gorgeous melodies that are dreamy as they are infectious. A chance meeting at a local bar in San Mateo, CA marked the beginning of this production duo. Originally from New York, Mark is an established producer on his own with releases on Tao Recordings, Source of Gravity, and his own label Dubcoast Records (www.dubcoastrecords.com). Aaron who is from San Francisco, has been DJing for 8 years, and has held residencies in clubs from North Carolina to San Francisco. Also, a producer for a year, when these two began working together, the chemistry was undeniable. The duo is also finishing work on their upcoming full length album "Parallel Addiction," which is scheduled for an early 2006 release. They have also finished a remix for Dubcoast Records and have the forthcoming single 'Be Somebody.' Their remix of 'Lost in the Moment' was also a featured remix in the protonradio remix contest.
