this sucks have been going to the gym years but all winter been hitting the gym hard bulking all winter looking good and breaking all pr for a lot of exercises.... then bout a week and a half ago hit with a severe upper res. infection sick as hell cant get outta bed ears clogged.........this sucks was making such great increases but guess gotta roll with the punches...sorry just had to vent thanxx ..........btw has anybody been out of the gym with illnesses this winter
