Sunday 5/25 partiers need to look no further than Tiesto @ House of Blues or the Club Rubber event at Palms. Both are going to be the "encore" events for Memorial Day Weekend. Looking forward to never-ending free drinks and great music!

Paco, Yeah I'll be able to catch Mark Oliver on the 23rd and the 1st day of movement on Sat.. However, I'm really looking forward to seeing Tiesto on Sunday at HOB in Vegas (and the after hours party at the Rio). Gotta love traveling.

Out of the 3 you listed, I have been to only Ra at Luxor. It's a nice place with decent lighting and good sound. I went on a Friday. Music was a mix of house and booty/hip-hop. Being as house/trance fan, I was into the music only about 1/2 the time. The dance floor is pretty cool as it gives a good view of the DJ. Finding a seat can be a problem unless you have a table reserved. Rain/Skin at Palms will be host to Club Rubber on Sunday, May 25th with Bad Boy Bill. I'm sure that event will be crazy and packed to capacity (even with a $50/$40 men/women cover). Although Rain gets labeled for subpar music, that will def. not be the case on Sunday. My choice for Sunday night would be Tiesto at House of Blues (Mandalay Bay). I have not heard anything good about Ibiza, USA. Head Light is a nice club but, like Ra, tough to get a seat unless you fork over the $$$ for a table (not worth it IMHO).

I'll be staying at the Bellagio (with a lake view room ) from the 25th-28th. If any of you get there on Friday, I would advise you to check out the Deep Dish show at House of Blues. As it is, I'm trying to convince my friend to fork over the $40 to see Tiesto on Sunday. That's a Spundae event and those are always crazy. There's also the Club Rubber event at Rain/Skin @ Palms. (www.spiritworld.com). That's also on Sunday. $50/$40 men/women. Headliner is Bad Boy Bill. Ghostbar (also at Palms) has a newer hip-hop night on Tuesdays "One Night Stand" if that's your thing. Comp. line passes can be obtained if you dine at N9Ne steakhouse (have to ask for them though). For all the newbies, best drink service/gambling can be found at Casino Royale. Yeah, it's a hole, but it's the only place on the strip I know that you'll get offered free drinks twice in a 10 minute span (playing $1 craps no less). It's a low-rollers paradise. Utopia is closed for renovations (according to their site). It's too bad because Rubber had a great event last Memorial Day Weekend bringing in Danny Tenaglia........the highlight of my trip last year.
