  1. Can anyone tell me what the hell "skeet skeet skeet" means? My bad if this has been discussed already. When Lil Jon says anything besides WHAT, YEAH, and OKAY, I sit up and take notice.

  2. New-ish house track w/ chick singing - goes somethin' like "I see deep into you, I see more to you," and something about "if I could read your mind...". It's on Party105 all the time.

  3. Old techno joint, chick sings it, goes somethin' like "If you keep a secret you will know, if you keep a secret I will show." And then the chorus goes "Ready for you" or "Burning for you" (somethin' like dat). Thanks.

  5. What about the carb-loading phase of CKD (cyclic-ketogenic diet), as in eating all carbs and protein for 36-48 hrs at the end of the week? This is supposed to replenish glycogen levels and prevent muscle mass losses, is it not?

  7. I know most people tend to eat everything in sight while bulking, but I am thinking about starting an all-protein/all unsaturated fat diet, and want to know if I can expect to make size gains without a high carb intake. If not, why?

  9. This may be a dumb question, but when you're bulking, you inevitably are forced to eat when you're not necessarily hungry...which also ends up stretching your stomach quite a bit, right? So, you end up with a pretty big gut, right? I just can't grasp how anyone who's pretty big and also has really good abs can eat so damn much all the time, even if it's mostly protein...I don't eat enough, that's prob why I'm not happy with my size gains, but I really don't want to put on extra fat, especially in the stomach area... :confused:

Sorry 'bout all the prohormone questions as of late, but I'm looking for a supplement that actually WORKS (if there is such a thing), and I'm not about to plop down any more of my $$$ on bullshit supplements. Has anyone heard of these (Equilone, Nandrotest, Primotest, Nandrovar) or used them? They are made by LMR and they advertise on njguido.com, if you want to check them out. Do ANY prohormones actually DO anything beneficial? Thanks. :confused:

  12. Well, I guess we all have Memphis Bleek to thank for this idiotic hatwearing trend (even worse, the doo-rag under the oversized, unbent-brimmed, sticker-clad fitted cap). The sticker thing is the worst; it's even worse than leaving the fucking tag dangling off your Tims like so many of the same people do.

    As for rappers calling themselves Italian names, that's a whole 'nother topic altogether...I could write a book on how stupid that whole thing is. ;)
