  1. I feel so unsure..

As I take your hand and lead to the dance floor

As the music dies, something in your eyes

Calls to mind a silver screen

    Yours is sad good-bye

    I'm never gonna dance again

Guilty feet have got no rhythm

    Though it's easy to pretend

    No, you're not a fool

Should've known better than to cheat a friend

Waste this chance that I'd been given

So I'm never gonna dance again

The way I danced with you.. oh no

    Time can always mend

Careless whispers of a good friend

    To the heart and mind

    Ignorance is kind

There's no comfort in the truth

    Pain is all you'll find

Tonight the music seems so loud

Wish that we could lose this crowd

    Maybe it's better this way

If we hurt each other with the things we wanna say

We could have been so good together

We could have lived this dance forever

"Now who's gonna dance with me?"

    Oh please dance

  2. It's a common problem for most guys to find a nice girl. The best place is school........if not bar or club. At bar everybody is prepared for such things so there is no problem asking. There are other places too ........ library, church or grocery store whatever but people may feel bothered if you follow them too closely over there. However no risk no gain........or I should rather say no pain no gain. :D

  3. There is no age that will make you unattractive unless you loose your virginity. You can stay as a virgin as long as you want to.... there is no shame in it. Don't bother about what others will think. But if you get into a committed long relationship leading to a marriage at any time you can always willfully explore your sexual horizons. That will be the right time for you to loose your virginity.

    My .02 cents.

  4. Last Christmas

    I gave you my heart

But the very next day you gave it away

    This year

    To save me from tears

I'll give it to someone special

    Once bitten and twice shy

    I keep my distance

But you still catch my eye

    Tell me baby

    Do you recognize me?

    Well

    It's been a year

    It doesn't surprise me

I wrapped it up and sent it

With a note saying "I love you"

    I meant it

Now I know what a fool I've been

But if you kissed me now

I know you'd fool me again

    A crowded room

    Friends with tired eyes

    I'm hiding from you

    And your soul of ice

My god I thought you were

    Someone to rely on

    Me?

I guess I was a shoulder to cry on

A face on a lover with a fire in his heart

A man under cover but you tore me apart

Now I've found a real love you'll never fool me again

A face on a lover with a fire in his heart

A man under cover buy you tore him apart

Maybe next year I'll give it to someone

I'll give it to someone special.

  5. This romeo is bleeding

But you can't see his blood

    It's nothing but some feelings

That this old dog kicked up

It's been raining since you left me

Now I'm drowning in the flood

You see I've always been a fighter

But without you I give up

    Now I can't sing a love song

Like the way it's meant to be

Well, I guess I'm not that good anymore

    But baby, that's just me

And I will love you, baby - Always

And I'll be there forever and a day - Always

I'll be there till the stars don't shine

    Till the heavens burst and

    The words don't rhyme

And I know when I die, you'll be on my mind

And I'll love you - Always

Now your pictures that you left behind

Are just memories of a different life

Some that made us laugh, some that made us cry

One that made you have to say goodbye

What I'd give to run my fingers through your hair

To touch your lips, to hold you near

When you say your prayers try to understand

    I've made mistakes, I'm just a man

When he holds you close, when he pulls you near

When he says the words you've been needing to hear

I'll wish I was him 'cause those words are mine

To say to you till the end of time

If you told me to cry for you

    I could

If you told me to die for you

    I would

Take a look at my face

    There's no price I won't pay

To say these words to you

    Well, there ain't no luck

    In these loaded dice

But baby if you give me just one more try

We can pack up our old dreams

    And our old lives

We'll find a place where the sun still shines

  6. It's nine o'clock on a Saturday

    The regular crowd shuffles in

There's an old man sitting next to me

Makin' love to his tonic and gin

He says, "Son, can you play me a memory?

I'm not really sure how it goes

But it's sad and it's sweet and I knew it complete

    When I wore a younger man's clothes"

La la la, de de da

La la, de de da da da

Sing us a song, you're the piano man

    Sing us a song tonight

Well, we're all in the mood for a melody

And you've got us feelin' alright

Now John at the bar is a friend of mine

He gets me my drinks for free

And he's quick with a joke or to light up your smoke

But there's someplace that he'd rather be

He says, "Bill, I believe this is killing me."

As the smile ran away from his face

"Well I'm sure that I could be a movie star

If I could get out of this place"

Oh, la la la, de de da

La la, de de da da da

Now Paul is a real estate novelist

Who never had time for a wife

And he's talkin' with Davy who's still in the navy

And probably will be for life

And the waitress is practicing politics

As the businessmen slowly get stoned

Yes, they're sharing a drink they call loneliness

But it's better than drinkin' alone

It's a pretty good crowd for a Saturday

And the manager gives me a smile

'Cause he knows that it's me they've been comin' to see

To forget about life for a while

And the piano, it sounds like a carnival

And the microphone smells like a beer

And they sit at the bar and put bread in my jar

And say, "Man, what are you doin' here?"

Oh, la la la, de de da

La la, de de da da da

  7. Maybe it's intuition

but some things you just don't question

Like in your eyes, I see my future in an instant

    And there it goes,

I think I found my best friend

I know that it might sound

    more than a little crazy

    but I believe...

I knew I loved you before I met you

I think I dreamed you into life

I knew I loved you before I met you

I have been waiting all my life

There's just no rhyme or reason

    Only the sense of completion

And in your eyes, I see

the missing pieces I'm searching for

I think I've found my way home

I know that it might sound

    more than a little crazy

    but I believe...

I knew I loved you before I met you

I think I dreamed you into life

I knew I loved you before I met you

I have been waiting all my life

A thousand angels dance around you

I am complete now that I've found you

I knew I loved you before I met you

I think I dreamed you into life

I knew I loved you before I met you

I have been waiting all my life
