Global Underground would like to take a moment to thank all of the magnificent people in our dance community that came out and showed their support last night for Sasha at the Canal Room. It was truly wonderful seeing all of you, and we’d like to extend our gratitude for making it such a great party.
Don’t forget, ‘Involver’ is in stores today, and Sasha will be playing live at the Virgin Megastore – Union Square at 6pm this evening. Spread the word.

Heard a 20 min. promo sampler of this album and it sounded incredible! very lush!
I pulled this track listing from the Global Underground site:
01 GRAND NATIONAL - TALK AMONGST YOURSELVES
02 SHPONGLE - DORSET PERCEPTION
03 PETTER - THESE DAYS
04 UNKLE - WHAT ARE YOU TO ME?
05 THE YOUNGSTERS - SMILE
06 SPOOKY - BELONG
07 UNKLE - IN A STATE
08 LOSTEP - BURMA
09 FELIX DA HOUSECAT - WATCHING CARS GO BY
10 ULRICH SCHNAUSS - ON MY OWN
Every track has been remixed by Sasha...his Spooky 'Belong' remix is amazing! If the rest of the mix is as good as the sampler, it's going to be sick! I can't wait!
Has anyone heard it?

Last year, there were no codes in south beach...i had no problem getting in places with shorts...but at space in the downtown area pants were required. They would not let my friend in with shorts....
-
In most of Miami you'll be alright, but when I was at Ultra last year I saw plenty of undercover cops making arrests....they are everywhere at ultra...beware...
-
no...some are guest list only...but there are plenty of parties you can get in for free or for some money as a general public member...
-
lows in the mid 60's at night....i can't friggin' wait!!
-
Has anyone heard whether or not Lazy Dog will be making an appearance at the conference this year? They rocked it big time last year....
-
Hey....does anyone know anything about this years Naked Music bash at the Nikki Beach club? like what day it's going to be held...
-
Dimitri.....easy choice...
-
I just heard an advanced copy of this mix....off the hook...dark and dirty....highly recommended if you're into his shit!

Ashtrax - Bad Red E.P. (GUSIN008) RELEASED 4th April
A1 FREELOAD (FREELOVE)
B1 SOMETHING TO GET THROUGH
B2 PLAY IT ROSA (INSTRUMENTAL)
GU[MUSIC]’s latest stellar signing made up of DJ Ashley Casselle, producer James Christopher and vocalist Ben Lost. They are a band with an alternative edge ready to deliver an amazing diverse album citing influences such as The Smiths, Andy Weatherall and Joy Division.
Their first E.P. for GU[MUSIC] has the silky grooves and stabby riffs of ‘Freeload (Freelove)’, the guitar embossed epic ‘Something To Get Through’ and the lush, breakbeat fuelled ‘Play It Rosa’.
Already a big track hitting the cool cuts chart and going down a storm for the usual suspects with Danny Howells already including it on his Global Underground - Miami (GU027)
“Stunning return from Ashtrax and another fantastic release from GU:Music.†M8/M8 (Dave Begg - M8 Magazine)
“A killer return for the boys.â€
5/5 Undercover Magazine
“Bad Red is an EP that is both strong and diverse; the full album is eagerly awaited. Ashtrax are back and they sound as good as ever.â€
9/10 progressivehouse.com
“Love Itâ€
Satoshi Tomiie
“Freeload is excellent and I have been caning it, works really well.â€
Anthony Pappa
“Great stuff, nice album material.â€
Chris Fortier
“I've always been a fan of their productions and this one is no exception...excellent production, tight and clean, playing this out to excellent response. Especially freeloadâ€
9 out of 10 Jerry Bonham (Spundae)
“Really impressive tracks - I love Freeload's huge bassline and wicked vibe, and Something To Get Through is equally special - great vocals and punchy percussion. My fave release of 2005 so far.â€
9.5 / 10 Chris Salt
“This new Ashtrax stuff is wicked. Freeload especially has been a highlight of my sets over the last week or two.â€
Steve Gerrard (Bedrock)
With plays from Steve Lawler, Adam Freeland, Desyn Maseilo, Steve Smart (Kiss 100), Elite Force, Flash Brothers, Chris Cargo, Suefo, Pilavian + Zimbardo, Deepgroove (Grayson Shipley), Hugh Bryder and Karl Stanton (DMC Australia).
