Whats up gabe..Honestly 10 years from now i think DT will still draw a crowd he been around a long time as it is..But what seperates dt from most other djs is his ability to stay fresh and play tracks nobody has ever heard before while still playing shit from the last 30 years ..honestly i dont think anybody is more passionate about music and dancing as DT ..Also DT has introduced nyc to so much talent when he was at arc because he is humble and believes in music so much ..most djs fade or burn out due to lack of inspiration, or they keep going until they find their niche get too the top then self destruct and/or stop going out and hearing their peers etc ..when i first started goin out in nyc from mid-late 90"s it was all about junior, JP, Ojeda, johnny vicious, eddie baez, boris, and DT for the newer generation of dance music kids..why is it that DT is still on top of his game?? now i know your not a big fan of some of the djs i listed but thats who drew big crowds almost 10 years ago..I honestly believe DT is still a house music FAN ..where as jp or junior got lost in drug usage or lost interest in music ..sure jp still draws but for how long?? i think jp gets kids today who hear about the legendary sf era from their older brothers but honestly he is not inspired or he would not have lost most of his older fan base to boris..back in the SF era i remember nobody would go to exit cause they thought boris sucked now all those people are at boris shows and wont go near a jp show!! why did junior fail at sf?? the second time he was there on 46th st?? the man was playing lousy and too messed on drugs..As for boris I'm happy for him not giving up or getting stale im glad he drew 6,000 people for his classics party last summer ..now he is nowhere in dannys league nobody really is but boris work ethic took him to where he is today crobar, show, gypsy tea, neptunes, abyss, the man is allways working and he is inspired..other djs that started in the late 80s or early 90s who spun at limelight, red zone, etc are gone.. but some arent such as picotto, cox, sanchez, morillo, oscar g, sasha, sven vath, digweed, oakie(talk about losing inspiration he sux now) etc ..i think as long as the dj embraces new music that he truly likes listening too while not forgetting about the past coupled with a hard work ethic will allways be relevant ..but they will allways be a minority as well

i know for a fact dt supports the scene more than any other local big names..he lets michaelangelo open for him, and he still goes out!! i saw him at remote lounge for the fatal music party and many other places..also what other local big name djs are willing to share their stage w/mauro picotto, carl cox, and danny howells??

Ok for arguments sake lets take your point and say crobar does qualify as a place of public accomadation please show me where they "have made statements and/or Advertised that asians are not welcome" why are they allowed to comp one person entering vip and the another $200 for the same service..same goes for Gen Admission and reduced crobar does not "provide meals regualary" such as restaurants , hotels, coffee shops, diners etc..as for bars i would say TGIF qualifys but a place like discoteque or the neighborhood bar that does notr serve "regular meal service" are exempt whats circumstantial? you would have to prove in court that crobar provides regular meal service.. Ive witnessed people paying different prices for the same service such as Comps, Reduced, and general admissions..ive see people get comped for VIP and the next person had to get a table and 2 bottle minimun pay $$..I also have seen asians shaking each other doing there crazy k outta their mind type style of dancing if its even considered dancing..So Asians have been permitted to p[arty inside crobar..Nightclubs are exempt because of different parties involved in producing the entainment IE, Promoters, Agents, DJ's, and Sponsers..who pays for the discrimination? does crobars doorstaff recieve there pay Directly from crobar or do you think crobar hires second party security firms who do background checks and pays the door/security personnel as an independant company!! this is not the case with libraries,taxis,hotels(provide reg meal service),airports etc

what up gabe nice meetin ya at odyessy 2 weeks ago..but honestly gabe i indulge i do not like to drink alcohol so i have other means of getting nice..and if the music is great like it was at sol this saturday morning i dont need anything and i was sober cause the music got me high..But some off the boat asians just like young JP fans ruin it for everyone cause they contribute nothing to the scene but a bad vibe, shadiness, overdosing, disrespect, pushing and shoving, paranoia, stealing, etc, etc one of the reasons i enjoy afterhours is because i hate drunks even more..Am i innocent? no i got caught bringing stuff in a few places and got kicked out hey cant blame the club after what happened to richard grant and peter gatien! but if i do indulge i do it very discreet i never ever loose control i respect everyone who is cool whether straight, on drugs, or drinkers who moderate and pace themselves shit im cool with meatheads too ..but the main reason i go anywhere is the dj..thats first priority music! ..second is dancing & the vibe ..third is women and indulging in a completley respectful and moderated manner nobody can tell when im high or not cause i dont get so fucked up that im falling down, puking, or being rude..Vibe is important im so happy most crobar partys turn away off the boat asians..but im equally as happy they dont let in the jp army G heads who love to visit emergency rooms via ambulance so a club can get closed down and they are mostly young white kids..Bein that crobar is a "superclub" i have to commend them ..a friend of mine got caught indulging he was asked to leave in a very respectful manner nobody grabbed him and tossed him out he was escorted out and security asked if he was ok ..then they emptied his stuff on the floor and stomped on it so there was no question that the bouncers/security stole his drugs like ive seen a million times before in other places..also ive saw some great sets all the DT partys , Calderone , vibe, behrouz, etc..my one and only beef with crobar is SOUND..anyways thats my view ..i respect yours..but honestly when i saw picotto, or judge jules or fleming at avalon i hated the vibe it was downright uncomfortable, weird and shady cause there door policy sucks ass ..avalon had potential i like the sound system alot but bro the people there were awful ..same with spirit hosting jp..its was there downfall..peace brother see ya at behrouz
