never been to canal room but I heard it can be a bit pretentious. I'm assuming since we can buy tickets to hear mark spin (that mj 5 is nasty) we don't have to get all done up and can go comfortable for dancing, like at most farina events, but if someone could confirm that would be cool... coming out of town and ish... thanks y'all

well, I am not a fan of organized religion, either...but, some people need someone to follow. Jesus wasn't a fan of conformity, either if you really look and study it...conformity came from people who were trying to bite off Jesus' following....but, had no magnitisum of their own, so they used his after his death....he woulda disapproved.
I am not a follower of organized religion, because God is Omnipotent and Omni present...and if he wishes to guide me, it's God...he can find me.

man I had jeans, sneaks and a coat on and I didn't have any problems. although it was starting to get packed as we got in. I know it sucks, but that guy starts to be a dick when the reach "capacity" supposedly. they've already made theirs at that point so he can take his cut or just turn you away. I bet if the dj that night (Farina) new what was going on he'd be pissed, 'cuz his following is down with the casual, jeans and trainers look. I've never seen people decked out at his shows, and I've witnessed so many I can't count.
