Sander Van Doorn is definitely not trance with influences of tribal house/trance. He is more electro or tech trance.

Webster hall definitely needs to do something about the crowd. Yesterday there were waaaayy too many 18 year olds and weird looking people. I was standing to the front of the ballroom next to the scene so i could better see the Dj booth and there were a whole (and i mean a whole) bunch of weird looking probably 40 year old asians who were drugged up so much that i thought they would pass out at some point. There are druggies in every club but these people were fucking shaking their heads, they would hold each other by the shoulders and would shake one another from one side to the other, and so on...seeing that just kills the whole night for me. CG played a top noch set. The music was definitely on the point all night long. The energy was there but the crowd killed it for me. I left at about 4 am.
Props for brining a great Dj duo to the city.
Thumbs down for the crowd and rude bouncers.

General ticket question:
I purchased my tickets for Cosmic Gate online at ************* .com, since it was too late for a fedex delivery i had to go with "will call" as my delivery option. Now,how do i pick up the tickets? Do i pick them up when i arrive to the event on Friday night? ( 11-11:30pm) or i have to pick them up prior to Friday and have them on hands when going to the club???

Hard trance is still very mcuh alive and kicking in Europe, Asia, South America and so on. Hardstyle gets much respect as well. There are massive events going on all year long
"Q-Base", Qlimax, Decibel, Trance Energy and so on and so forth.

personally, i think you should shut the fuck up. My fortune 100 company doesn't prohibit me going online and I could care less about you going to Sound Factory 10 years ago. What does going to Sound Factory 10 years ago have anything to do with judging Tiestos set? You were douchbag then as you are now. A great set is determined by a number of things put together including hit-tracks played, exclusive tracks played, flow of tracks, reaction of the crowd/overall atmosphere/vibe, and most important mixing. Tiesto's mixing is not the greatest out there -- but i guess he compensates by hopping around like an idiot and nodding his head
and he has become the new Oakenfold - for all those people that came out to see him and paid - he gives them a 2 1/2 hour set?? wtf is that about!
i think more people got their moneys worth from Serge Devant - who I would rather listen to over Tiesto any day of the week.
