  1. The first installment for 2009, February 20th Hidden Recordings and Rotate NYC take over Bar 13 for their Quarterly Residency with Monkey Brothers, Deepak Sharma and Rotate Resident Giovanni stepping up to the decks for a mid-winter's night of deep sounds.

Hidden Recordings brings the Monkey Brothers! Monkey Brothers are Sergio and Ruben Pellon, brothers from Spain who have found a home in Lithuania for the past few years. They have stayed close to their Spanish roots by releasing on Barcelona's beloved label, Regular. Deepak first discovered the duo when he charted one of their tracks last June on Beatport. Now comes the Monkey Brothers' 'Manuela', with a remix to complete the 7th offering from Hidden Recordings, promising to bring a little Spain to New York City and many all-night dance floors.

Last time Rotate NYC and Hidden came together it was to celebrate their 6th release "Ajaton" produced by Karri O. and remixed by Deepak and label-mate Dieter Krause which reached number one on Kompakt-MP3 downloads in December. The track was released Dec 5th and is available on Kompakt-MP3, along with Beatport, Dance Records and Juno.

Come join us in 2009 to dance and support Hidden Recordings and home-grown techno.
