Just turned 21 and was wondering if anyone knew what was good with decent music good crowd and decent drink prices/happyhour specials. The current applicants also own Discotheque at 17 West 19th Street and Star Bar at 4 West 22nd Street. HISTORY: When presenting his application for a liquor license to the Business Licenses & Permits Commitee on September 4, 2004, the principal stated that he intends to apply for a cabaret license in the future. JMED Holdings LLC is the premises name that applied for the cabaret license as well as the additional bars for the location that used to be SF. I still dont believe it til i see a flyer or flag hanging outside the location.
