  1. Thanks for the suggestions. Since the rates on all the travel websites were steadly going up I took the cheapest hotel I could find: the Comfort inn LA-universal (3 nights hotel/airfare: $530)

On map quest it said 7 minutes away by taking the 101 is that a congested highway, because 7 min seems to good to be true.

That is a safer bet than the N. Highland area.

  2. Funniest thing was his age - is he even old enough to drink yet???

Won't be having much of a trip to Vegas if he can't get served. And no wonder he is hating on NJ clubs - they probably won't let him in with his fake ID.

The interview on 60 minutes was is 2000 and then he was only 16. Do the math :type: and he is JUST 21 now. LOL :)

  3. It all depends on what your body responds to. But theoretically speaking, moderate weight in a moderate rep range is what is ideal for muscular development. The idea is to get the most intense pump into the muscle that you can. Filling it with the most blood and stretching the muscle fascia to allow for greater growth in size. This is not accomplished as easily through through high weight and low reps. That's why power lifters work in a low rep range and typically don't have huge bulging muscles where as bodybuilders work in a moderate rep range to get the more focused isolation on the bodypart, get the deepest pump and ultimately the most increase in size.

    Good explanation.

Personally I could care less how much weight a power-lifter can push. Most of them look like nothing with their shirts off.

  4. yea i love grilled food, esp. marinated chicken on the grill but since im goin to be cookin in a fuckin trailer on the beach we dont have a grill

    Z

Shore house grill is going to be kickin all summer long, that is if the landlord did not trash it after we moved out in September. If not we will buy a new one ASAP.

  5. hrmann kardon makes kick-ass car audio systems (bmw, mercedes, mini, and saab)

Funny you say that. Every BMW I have owned I paid for the "upgraded" Harmon Kardon system and it just sounds OK. I do believe there are some better stock systems in even less expensive cars. Surprisingly an Infiniti G-35 has a better system than any BMW I have owned. This weekend my buddy was commenting on how his BMW sounded like crap compared to what some other cheaper cars have. My fathers 2003 MB E500 is nothing to brag about either, especially for a $65,000 car.

  6. The guy in my gym that goes to the power rack and strips the bar that has 3 plates per side, first he removes two plates from one side and then takes off the last plate from the same side........................KaaaaaaaaBOOM and the entire bar with the 3 plates on the opposite side goes flying and crashes to the floor. He is the most dangerous guy ever and has done this more than once. :jerkoff:
