Um, seriously, what kind of a night out is that? Why would you go to five places in one night? Do you feel there is some sort of scene you have to keep up with?

Sounds like an expensive two nights of cover charges and or greasing door guys for most ppl.

place is full of non-club like people. all in there mid 30's just lookin for a hook up.

That is also what I see in there. Since they are non-club goers I don't even see them hooking up, they seem a little scared to do so.

Sounds like Spearmint is the place now.
Crazy Horse was on top for many years and now it sounds like its life is over.

I believe the place gets packed only because of its location, everything at the Borgata is packed. Secondly, I don't see many real club heads there on a typical Friday or Saturday probably because of the music. The music is mostly cheese, commercial KTU style. I see lots of people that happen to be at the Borgata and step in for the night along with some others creating a "mixx" of Rif Raff.
I can not speak for the night Tiesto was there and I am sure it was much different. I imagine that any top name DJ would keep the Rif Raff out.
Overall I always had a good time there with a large group of friends.

My buddies just returned from Vegas and said that the "Crazy Horse was done." The girls sucked and the crowd was weak and it was not at all what it used to be. Rumor has it they are being investigated and something big went down with the place. Any thoughts???????????

What is left that is legal in Belmar?
Over occupied house, 6 on C.O. and 10 sleeping = violation
Party outside house = noise violation
Party inside house = noise violation
Urinating anywhere in public = violation
Yelling/ whistling at friends outside D'Jais = Disorderly Person summons
Any drinking games (beer pong) outside your house = violation
Swimming pool on property that is not used by children = violation
Garbage (beer cans, ect) left outside house = violation
There are many other dumb ones that I did not even list. All I can say is that I had my fun in Belmar over the years and it looks as if they are still working on driving everyone out.

Not sure how constitutional that ordinance is, since you are allowed to drink on your property or the property you are renting from - I'd like to see someone challenge this.
Problem is that nobody has the balls to fight them on it. After somebody receives a summons for this B.S. ordinance most people can not or will not choose to spend thousands of $$ in legal fees just to fight it.

Last I heard a month ago the Stone Pony was still open and under the same name. I imagine this is a few blocks away across the street where Paradise was.

look on the website, this place is across the street from the Stone Pony. So Paradise is still Paradise, and they list DJ's now on the website.
That is the location I was thinking of. It has been closed for years.
