If anyone is actually still reading this thread - yeah yeah the SOB likely got what he deserved, but if we can give the worst of the worst criminals appeals after appeals, why not Luster? Stupid, he shouldn't have run, but he should not be treated like some mass murderer. Denying his right to have appeals undermines the entire justice system and sets a dangerous precedence. That being said, rape is a sick disease in our society and should not be treated lightly by anyone!!!!
