Hello everyone. I'm looking for a cool lounge-type spot for a wednesday night to celebrate my college graduation. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I live in the Monmouth County area and am willing to travel a 1/2 hour north or south. I'm looking for a small, cool spot with good music and reasonable prices. Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance.

I mean I only use Therape Shampoo and Humectress Conditioner by Nexxus and I usually dont put any product in my hair until after I've straightened it. I usually put this aveda stuff in it. I guess I'm going to clean the plates and see what happens and if not just replace it. Thanks so much for the advice!

Ok I have been using a flat iron to straighten my hair for quite some time now and just recently I have noticed that after i straighten my hair, my hair smells almost burnt. This has only been happening recently and i have been using flat irons for years. Do i need to replace my iron? It's an expensive ceramic flat iron that is in mint condition. I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this too?!!? Thanks!

This is gonna sound crazy but go to CVS and pick up Cetaphil. It is amazing...keeps my skin break out free and always leaves it smooth. I have tried everything from the clinique 3 step system to expensive spa products and Cetaphil works thebest. It's also very gentle on the skin. Hope this helps!

Thank you for the lovely compliment, glad we pleased someone! It's always good to hear other people's opinions though cause the bottom line is that you can't always please everyone. Always give the shampoo person like $3 and always give the stylist at least 20%. Been going to the same person for years and she always does a fabulous jobs and always gets me in for color/cut last minute so I always like to give her a nice tip.
