I think that the crowd JP brought in, has burned out, too much e or tina or whatever, I'm sure it had to do with numbers why he's not there anymore, plus your manager if hes good will know when to go somewhere else to keep your retutation good , if your night starts to fall, besides Peter Rauhofer is much better and a more experienced than JP, I know JP personally, he's a nice guy really, but the truth is the numbers where not good, i was there a couple of times and saw for my self. I know and have talked to Peter Rauhofer, ( exceptionally nice guy, though very quiet sometimes). I think peter is going to rock the place, he rocked it for 6 yrs at Roxy, I totally beleive in him, and best of all he is always on his a - game , and he's a very keen business guy, basically he doesn't fuck around. JP on the other hand is more of a partier, and may not always be on his best. But he does stay pretty good in touch with the latest records. That's what keeps him going. I'm not knocking JP, I'm just stating what I've seen with my own 2 eyes.

well there's going off beat alittle, and any good dj can recover, that happens to all dj's , but to trainwreck, or to the point it sounds like galluping horses, is another thing. Some ppl think trainwrecking is going off beat a little, that's happened to me , but i can recover that in 2 seconds. Actually that happened to me , about 3 yrs ago, while I was looking at this girl , yea she was hot, and I wasn't watching the mix, maybe somebody sent her around on purpose. to mess me up. But there are many dj's who are of beat every other record, and have a famous name. There are some who don't even beatmatch records, and just play recored that have an effect ao something and mix over that(tiesto) wink wink, yes it's usually trance dj's who do that shit, just cause a dj is hyped like that, doesn;t mean he's good, does anyone think j lo is a great singer really. and how much more hyped than her can you get. It's all in the managemant you have and how mant toes are yoiu willing to step on folks. But hey if that works for him, more power to him, I still think they suck.

ok, first of all, ypu can request a different public defender, sounds like this guy has no court experience, request to him , if you can delay a trail, this is so maybe you can get some money to get a decent private attorney, third of all, check your credit card receipt, for the purchase of those shoes they say you stole, if you bought them with your credit card. if so, they can lo-ok up a receipt copy, and on that receipt will be the brand and make of those shoes or find any receipt. this can be an excuse to delay your trial for futher evidence submission, Also call some criminal attorneys as well, i don't think that store security can hold you in handcuffs, that may be false imprisonment, expecially if you can prove that you bought those shoes, you may be able to sue them for false imprisonment . but you will have to prove you bought those shoes. in any case I don't think they can hold you there in handcuffs, make a point of that to an atorney, a private attorney when you call. Also there are pro bono attorneys that might take your case, call a local legal aid, or attorney refferral services, they might be able to find someone for you, it's in the yellow pages or call 411 and ask for the ph #. if you have a case where you can sue them, most attorney's will take your case. and make sure the attorney you choose you make clear to him that you need his attention on your case, This should be important for you, any record you have will stick to you for life, and may hinder you from getting a job in certain companies, or even renting a apartment somewhere etc etc.. you need to do all of this immediately, don't count on your public defender, he will send you up the river, they do so in most cases. these are guys that barely made law school and passed the bar exam. and they don't give a rats ass about you. also do not plead no contest, that record will permanently there, and you may spend upto 30 days in jail. and absolutely do not plead guilty, they will send you up the river for sure, i think if you get a decent private lawyer, this should be a pretty simple case for them , to win. and lastly, make sure when you do win, that they sponge your record from the system, that means they will seal that record, where only in certain cases like courts or f bi or yourself will be able to see it, and try to make sure that they take out your fingerprints too. this will take time and effoirt to do , but it's in your best interest.
