Def immediately go on a low carb diet. It really works. Cut out any starchy foods like bread, pasta, crackers- crap like that. Eat much lean red meat, chicken, turkey, fish, cheese, veg and friuts. Portion control is also key. When you do cheat, have a small amount of your taboo foods. Try not to eat starch passed 3pm. I swear it really works...GOOD LUCK and feel better.

I buy much of my vinyl from college radio record shows in NYC and also EBAY. You find little TREASURES that way! I used to work for a dance music distribution house and that's where I aquired most of my collection. They wont sell to individuals though, you have to be a retail store. I have been buying records since I am like 7 yrs old! I still occasionally play my 45's!! Now that I spin cd's only (YUCK) I get everything online.

Well that explains it--If there's one show that is desensitizing it would be Taxi cab confessions. We are just used to it by now (the very definition of desensitize) but for an out of towner I could see how it would be hard to swallow- Cant you?

Scruples makes a product called COLOR AWAY its far more gentle than alcohol and works very well. If you can't find it- Revlon makes a similar product called CLEAN TOUCH.

I think we (people in general- not just the US) are becoming more and more desensitized through the years. But I agree with the last persons post- I thought TV was even more risque in other countries too. What were you watching that was so bad? It had to be HBO right?
