  1. gonna be in Vegas with a bunch of friends this weekend, 06/22-06/24 . Any recommendation for a guarantee'd good time on a budget ? I will check the web link too . Shoot me an email deltahomeloans at g mail dot com

  2. doesn't that mean that you automatically can go to this event? if you still want a refund, i bet that you can give them a call. they certainly have not forgotten how big of a fuck-up that was.

o, and i'm always a little cautious about their events, too, because they've got a pretty bad track record. but this event sounds so good, i'm giving 'em a try again...

not really interested in going. I was promised a refund and even had to send some certified mail BS to them over 4 months ago and I got nothing back.

  3. I am a local and have been to V2o twice in the past two weeks, with last Saturday being alot more crowded. The cover is easily avoided by getting yourself onto the guest list before 9pm and this also avoids the wait in line, if there is one. The email addy can be had by simply calling and asking the hostess for it, I dont want to give it out because I am not a promoter.

I like the place, thought it had very nice decor and I do beleive the crowds will be there in the future. Also there is free parking all over the place, that garage is a rip off. My friend lives in the new huge apartment complex adjacent to the pike and we park in a secure garage there for free every weekend without incident.

The staff there is a little much but overall very cool. Upcoming events there should help boost popularity. Also, for privacy they do have booths, tables and two patios. The hip hop room also has some seating at the bar in some really cool low rider chairs. In short, check it out. But give it some time. The egil and humpty should be a good event.

  4. Dragon Bar (Hermosa Beach)

great place if you're a local, checked their schedule on-line and it looks like they have DJ's just about every night. Went there last night and it was not too busy but a good sized gathering for a Tuesday, have also been on a Sunday during the day for a game and they even had a DJ then, it was packed. It's on Pier Ave. so there are always lots of people around, good looking ones at that.

Staff was nice, drinks were inexpensive, like $4 for a beer and about $5 for a cocktail. There was no cover either on this particular day but ti may be 5 or 10 bux on weekends and jam packed, if I know Hermosa. Very nice atmosphere, fantastic music and sushi on the menu. Lots of flat panel TV's and plenty of bar space and couches too. Check it out.

thumbs up from me and I'll be there on Saturday night for sure.

  5. maybe check out his website.. he has to have one or even power call them :) sorry I'm not familiar with the place... is it newa?

I sent power an email, I'll hold my breath waiting for a response though.

    maybe I'll call.
