We have a home gym that's used daily if not twice a day.
If you're motivated to stay fit then you don't need a gym membership.
If you're a lazyass who cant self-motivate and will allow your homegym to rot in the corner then I don't think a gym membership will do you any good either.
I'd say get ur home gym but research it first. At minimum i'd say get a mat, an adjustable bench, and maybe a bar w/ some heavy plates and dumbells or the adjustable dumbells suggested above. Don't be suckered by namebrands, look for quality.
As for your time constraints, pick a workout that you can easily fit in your day 20-30 minutes, lift heavy and you'll reap the rewards.
Congrats on #2 on the way.

Hey Guys,
HAPPY THANKSGIVIN!
Okay I'm comin to Miami to stay a couple days b4 my cruise. Just curious if anyone knows about this event (posted below) and if they've ever been. Also, from where it is, any idea of which hotel in the area i'd be able to watch this from my balcony? (i know i'm askin a lot)
Are there any low key lounges or maybe restaurants in the area that will have a lil something going on for NYE but not a full blow out like the things I'm reading about here on CP.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

I haven't heard anything about this. It has not been promoted here. Are any of the acts electronic dance music?
If you like house music, I would recommend Frankie Knuckles at Shine.
I have no clue who the performers are but i doubt it'll be any electronic house.
Yeah i wanted to do shine at first once i heard frankie was there but, I wanna just relax, not really gunna be in party mode.

Hey All,
I'm not picky on the kind of music, we like house, hip hop, techno...but can chill/dance to anything.
Where should we go Sat, Sun, Mon nights?? I like places where we can actually dance!
We'll have a car so location doesnt matter much either.
TIA,
Pinks

Why are people scared of Crazy Horse?
Someone told me OG was good...is it? For couples.
I don't care about the music so much as the quality of girls there...what would be best in that case?

Dang girl, walk the whole strip? What would you do dat? lol. Cuz there sure as hell aint any tight stores that sell puma threads and stuff youre gonna pass walkin lol jk
The walk from Trop to Bellagio is long - I did it several times in 90+ weather. The last time was the last - I said - fck dat - I dont care how many hotties Ive been meeting on the walk, my feet are as dead as an ermeril catfish hit with a mallet lol.
Just curious lol! I want to get an idea of how big this place is. I'm goin to tha outlets for tha gear don't worry Oh since you know everything, which outlets are best? I know there are 3 main ones?

Thanks Mrvegas!! That was thorough.
Sucks how competitive it is for jobs tho.
Tha info is MUCH appreciated...I'll prolly pick your brain some more soon.

Don't even mention the food, i'll be in tha buffets all day w/a pitstop at emrils and back to tha buffets.
If walking, how long do u think it'd take to walk the whole strip (w/o goin into any places)?
