Paul Sparkes has held down a residency on Jam FM for four years. It gave him the chance to break new records and acts to an avid weekly audience, becoming the voice of the dance for the station in the North of England.

- Paul started at grass roots level and began a night called "Vinyl Frontier" in London 1995. For 4 years the night grew and grew, and Paul was able to bring in guest DJs from abroad, gaining him a solid reputation in dance circles. He then became a resident at a night called RE:Mission in London. This allowed him to play with some of the bigger DJs, whose influence was inspirational to him.
On the international front Paul's DJing is going from strength to strength. Last year, he visited the US, Israel, Sweden, Germany, UK and Dubai. America in particular is a point of popularity for Paul, touring the country four times in 2004, playing from New York to DC, Seattle to Philadelpia and beyond. He also supplies a monthly mix to C89.5 in Seattle and to DFR in the Czech Republic.
Paul has embarked on a studio collaboration with the multi-talented Dutchman Musikjunki, and a forth-coming single due for release shortly. With tours planned in Amercia in Spring and Israel at the end of April, watch Paul go even further in 2005.

is it in the city? i know some cities you dont want to live in the actual city....is it like new york where you would? i apologize i just dont know the area at all...are there highrises? i would like an elevator building with a doorman if possible if you know what i mean..

well the downtown DOWNTOWN is not my cup of tea.....
I rarely get down there so I guess I am not your best source for answers
If I were you I wouldn't live down there cause the trains take you pretty much exactly where you want to go but its up to you.
I guess look for River North or Gold Coast areas.

I love living up in Wrigleyville right off of Ashland/Addison (even though i am a Whitesox fan) but the el is very convenient, Southport st. bars are very nice and alot of restaurants around, plus it is definately a 21+ professional area. Its like a nice neighborhood with all the perks of living in the city.
