Tenaglia is at Crobar on Christmas Eve and I'll be running a list for that. This is what I got going on Saturday the 23rd @ LOVE Rob Rewind & DJ MSG present The Game @ LOVE It's the special Christmas party at LOVE and boy do we have a treat in store. This event will mark the return of two of LOVE's favorite guests of the past year, Charles Feelgood & Terry Mullan. They will be joined by two of our favorite LOVE residents, DB & Jason Jinx. Charles Feelgood has had a busy year having toured non-stop, playing gigs around the world. He came to rock LOVE in September and left a searing mark on our dancefloor. To this date it was one of our most successful nights. We are proud to welcome Charles back to LOVE for this special Christmas event. Terry Mullan has had a huge year as well. After taking some time off to settle down and having a family amongst other things, Terry hit the road hard in '06. He also returned to the studio releasing tracks on his own Catalyst imprint as well as Robsoul and Kontrast records. Terry made his LOVE debut over the summer and we are happy to have him back to bang our system once again. Several years ago Charles & Terry released an amazing mix entitled "The Game". In the spirit of this legendary mix, they will be performing a tag team set. This will be the first set of it's kind in several years and is not to be missed! Thanks for the big ups on Rolando. The man is a LEGEND and one of the best DJ's I've ever heard. I wasn't sure that NYC had the knowledge to grasp this booking when I did it, but I took a shot anyway. I've been getting an overwhelming response and I am excited to have Rolando join the family of artists at LOVE. I also happen to really enjoy Subliminal's records as well as Underground Resistance, so go figure you guys. Rolando embodies that way of thinking, playing a vast array of both House & Detroit Techno. Eddie If you're so anti-techno,then why are you on this predominantly dance music board? Also if Nobody listens to Techno someone forgot to tell the THOUSANDS of people that have come to some of my events for the likes of Juan Atkins, Derrick May, Dave Angel, Kevin Saunderson, Frankie Bones, Robert Armani, Marco Bailey and Paco Osuna to name a few. Ah it's great to think about all those fun parties. Liberty was definitely a favorite of mine, although I don't think it was the best at Roseland. That may go to Super Love, The Orb, or one of the Monkey parties. Return to the source was the party at Liberty Science center. I almost felt bad for the beating that the place took after that event. But it was still a once in a lifetime experience. Best party in Asbury Park was Believe NYE 96-97 for sure. Actually think that may make my list of favorite parties ever. Remember the House of God parties in Long Island? What about the Translucent parties upstate? Perpetual Rhythm, Perpetual Vibe, Perpetual Motion? Remember Perpetual Vibe getting raided just as Union Jack went on and EVERYONE was peaking on E and 20/20 was there to do there first expose on Raves?!! Original Local 13 and GO parties like Happiness, L.S.D. and April Foolz?? Remember SubSonic Groove in the Brooklyn Anchorage? Voyager parties in the Brooklyn Bridge? One front Street? Rave Rock in the Bronx? I can't even begin to speak about 9volt...those people were(and still are in many ways) my family for a very long time. Thats a wole different thread.

I would like to thank everyone who came out to the party. All the praise is very flattering to Drae and I. We poured our hearts into this event and it really showed. Feelgood and Scott Henry were absolutely amazed with the party. They said it was like a mini Starscape and they haven't enjoyed playing a party in NYC that much in a long time. We have plenty of plans for the future so stay tuned. Now to address the coat check issue. The problem with the coat check occured because the person the venue was supposed to provide called in sick last minute. We scrambled to find someone to fill in. Unfortunately our options were obviously poor. By 2am they were mangled and roaming the party. Cue the classless dirtbags that undeniably are a part of the nightlife scene. I can not apologize enough for both their idiotic behavior and our mishap with the coat check. Trust that I will do everything in my power to see that this never happens at one of our events again. As for BTS....who? The kids who made up BTS all retired or went to jail a long time ago...

There is a coat check at the venue and it is 2 maybe 3 bucks.

You can rest assured that this is a world a way from any club night. I'm glad that people recognize a unique evnt when they see one. The lack of parties in different type venues has been hurting the NYC scene for a while. Shit is gonna be crazy!!!!
