Now for the directions: If you're taking a car, just go to mapquest.com and get the directions. Also, parking is plentyful and safe, so have no fear of da Bronx. If you're taking the train. I'd find my way to the 6 train since it's the closest train to the Bruckner 1 - go through the turnstyles, then take the right up to the street level (138th St) 2 - walk down 138th St towards the Lincoln Ave/3rd Ave intersection (if you hit the corner of Alexandra & 138th St, turn around) 3 - when you reach the corner of 138th St & Lincoln Ave, make the left onto Lincoln Ave 4 - follow Lincoln Ave down towards the overpass and go under it 5 - after you go under the overpass you'll see our Clocktower Building on the left and the Lincoln Ave/Bruckner Blvd traffic light in front of you 6 - at the light you want to make a right onto Bruckner Blvd (stay to the right of the ramp to the 3rd Ave Bridge) 7 - The Bruckner is on the corner, at end of the block, at the crotch of the 3rd Ave Bridge access ramps Note: If it's after 9:00, you want to be on the 3rd car from the front. If it's before 9:00, then skip steps 1 & 2 and be in the last car of the 6 train. When you get off there will be a set of stairs right there that you'll take up. Make the left through te turnstyle and make your way up to the street level. You should be on the corner of 138th St and Lincoln Ave. You can also take the 4 or 5 to 138th St and Grand Concourse. It's really not worth transfering to the 6 train later at night for one stop, when all your saving is two more blocks of walking. 1 - take the 4,5 train to 138th St & Grand Concourse 2 - make a right through the turnstyle and make your way up to the street level (138th St) 3 - when you get to the street level (138th St), make a left (it'll bring you immediately under an overpass) 4 - take 138th St for 3 traffic lights, the 3rd light should be the corner of 3rd Ave & 138th St 5 - make a right onto 3rd Ave and walk towards the 3rd Ave Bridge access ramp (you'll see it, plus the signs for it; you'll also see the car service on your left in between the car washes) 6 - when you reach the ramp stay to the left of it and walk to Bruckner Blvd 7 - The Bruckner is on the corner, at end of the block, at the crotch of the 3rd Ave Bridge access ramps It's quite easy to get to, plus there is a neon sign above the place that says The Bruckner.
