I live north of Miami, but I can recommend CROBAR located in South Beach, along with any of the clubs affiliated with the OPIUM GROUP; these include Opium, Prive, and mansion.
The previous reply is really key...knowing how many in the party, amounts you can/or will spend, and dates of the outing are important. Sometimes there are special events at these clubs and getting a "regular" table might be out of the question...call ahead and make reservations if they are accepted!
