it IS digweed at pacha this saturday so i dunno what all that is about . i have always prefered the two of them together thats when the magic happens but i heard mixed reviews about them at mansion. can't say, didn't go ...anyway hopefully saturday with digweed will be good.

yea i would love love love to go somewhere other than crobar or pacha on my birthday (i'm at both all the time as well as other places) but i would rather see all of my friends. i think march 3 for boris's party the theme is threesomes and all groups of 3 girls or 1 guy 2 girls get in free.... It's too bad about armand because i love him as a producer as well. stereo is fun but usually not till afterhours and it would be wayyy to crack for some of my friends (by the way....how cracked out is that elmo ...and the john lennon painting on the way out haha)

my birthday's two saturdays from now and i want to have it somewhere with house where everyone ( 20+ friends) can get in ...armand van helden will be at crobar/ studio and boris will be at pacha....i know musically there is no comparison but i don't know what will be a better party... does avh still have big following in NY? i've never heard him live here...

in case you needed another reason not to go to crobar/ studio/ mezmor whatever lol i was browsing on myspace the other day and came across a flyer for this saturday that claimed "providence saturday's are moving to studio mezmor" if any of you were unlucky enough to find yourself at providence (57th & 8th i think?- i had to work there once) on a saturday ....this is a scary thought. at one point i was in the bathroom and some b&t trash girl was complaining to her friend about her cousin who was "a real italian , from ITALY...ya know? he speaks it and everything....he's so weird"

i see it this way....If you're a young guy and you like to go out but you're not rich....you don't have many options... you can stay at sucky bars....or you can dress up and spike ur hair (which will attract an abudance of Certain girls) and pretend ur rich at a wack-but thinks its hot club ....like aer for example

i know exactly what u mean....but just to play devil's advocate... from going up with a hellalot of guidos (north jersey) , if u go to high school with them and inevitably become friends with them....it's not like they're subhuman....they're deffinetly a product of their environment (and if u press them hard enough some have some very intelligent conversation!)...and they have some good common traits like looking out for their friends, loyalty, entertainment (especially when they dance) just thinking of this cuz im drunk and just got back from cielo and it was the biggest guido crowd i've EVER seen there...but still awesome time...hex hector not as bad as i remembered

i finally read through this whole thing and i don't understand what abrooksbro wants... i mean i love going out to places like bungalow or pink elephant when i want to meet other successful assholes / the interesting rich, or to just people watch the beautiful and yes , admittedly celebrities but i also LOVE electronic music and its not about dressing trashy or doing e...which do go along with it , it's about love and music ...but if u dont care about the music what else can possibly change in nightlife at presumptious lounges?? what could anyone possibly come up with anymore except stupid gimmicks (ie. beds, safaries, etc. ) , what exactly would be so great about ANOTHER one of these places...i feel like there are enough...

pacha is like always 18 to get in they just never advertise it...sometimes if i cut the line or go in the back and dont show id i never get a bracelet and its 18+ then i get inside and its a pain in the ass u have to go back outside to get a bracelet to drink

I'm not going there just to party. It is a free trip because my mother has a business conference there so I'm going regardless...so i was wondering about the nightlife there. why are so many ppl on this board assholes? And why are u raining on my parade....even if it is a models and bottles type crowd it's a beautiful part of the world.

had the BEST sidecar of my life at Pravda on thursday night (lafayette between houston and prince) also Pegu (houston by west broadway) has amazing drinks --all top shelf liquor and organic juices and mixers... I hate drinks at big clubs like pacha and crobar so i usually stick to vodka tonic there...plus i always knew their juice at pacha and cro was bad but my girl who works at pacha now- said the cranberry juice is less than 5 % juice and all sugar and chemicals..now i KNOW never to order juice at a big club again... also the restaurant i used to work at used this boutique russian vodka named Zyr...If u ever get your hands on it , it's a must....the smoothest i've ever had , like water!

check out crobar, pacha, sullivan room, apt, shelter, element, pink elephant ..sometimes, ooo almost forgot cielo (really good combo of many factors - crowd, girls, style and of course the music) when u get here you can read this forum also and check out papers like Time Out NY...

i'm 19....and the past 2 weeks i've been to several clubs where as long as we were on the list they didn't even id (including crobar-- i was most surprised at that one) maybe they're being more strict, but as always it seems to be all about knowing the right people-
