Go to Zara, Century 21 and if you are looking for cheap stuff that won't last (like Forever 21) you could go to 125th in Harlem...I haven't been to Harlem since I was like 15 b/c I could not afford Manhattan, but if you are in the city just look around you will find great stuff and it's worth spending the money. Try the Village for vintage, it can be $$$, but there are a few stores that aren't.
