i just moved to NYC last week and am planning to see AVB (saw him in December in WashDC and last month in Chicago -- he absolutely kicks ass). anyways, as this will be my first time to Spirit -- some general questions that i hope some people can answer: 1. show starts at 11pm, when should i try and get there to avoid staying in them long lines? 2. what is the dress code, especially for shoes? i would prefer to wear comfy shoes if i'm gonna be out on the dance floor all nite long, but i know some places are very strict about shoes. and 3. is it best to get tickets in advance, or is it generally ok to try and get them at the door. thanks in advance!
