Please do not perpetrate rumors by speculating on WMC dates based on other events. Winter Music Conference will be celebrating it's 22nd year in existence and the dates thast they secure are based on logistics and the interests of the participating conference delegates. Whatever the best dates are for their activities to proceed in the best interests are the dates that will be used. I am personally tired of watching all of the parasites who pretend to be WMC affiliated during that time of the year...but who have never registered for the conference or for that matter even ventured within 5 blocks of the host hotel. Disgusting...and you all wonder about the futur of 'EDM' while the copy cat conferences pop up around the country. greedy + greedy = Greedy [/rant]

Hey...I'm sorry...didn't know I had to S-P-E-L-L it out? VIP::101- Very Insignificant Person One who expects doors to open, red carpets, spirits flowing all night, and a bitch to take home every time...without of course supporting said establishment by bringing friends along to see the place,treating staff courteously, and accepting no less than what is provided by establishment. Very Iportant Person One who understands how the system works...and knows that he/she will not be a VIP everywhere whether they have money or not. These people understand that this is a title that is earned and not bought by supporting said establishment. VIP does NOT mean that you overpaid for a $40 bottle of booze in a club. What is going on in the clubs lately is horrendous but...people are paying so why not charge them? it's not illegal. I know the team behind this club and I am confident that whatever descisions they make will be 'educated' descisions. The other clubs and businesses that they own are successful and they didn't decide overnight to open this club. The dancefloor is wood, refrigerators at EVERY booth or table, bathrooms with marble floors and counters on every floor. From any vantage point in this club you can see everything...DJ booth,dancefloor,VIP areas. the VIP areas hold from 10 to 60 people with enclosed or audio controlled areas. Oh!!!! and a ramp for at least 40 bitches to dance on! These guys are not joking around when it comes to service or serving the clientele that they expect. I am not a fan of 'hardcore hip-hop' myself and the DJ as well as the management will have to determine what they will or will not play to control the vibe or atmosphere in the club. I love RnB(not lyrical hip-hop) at the beginning of the night that gradually turns into soulful-tribally house...thus entering into something harder if the night and vibe warrants. It does not take money to become a VIP...just a positive attitude if you like the joint...so maybe all the 'nay sayers' should put down their haterade for a minute and check the place out. BTW...Happy and safe WMC to all! My $0.02

Club is hot!!!!!!!!! will be open for conference...everyone def needs to check this joint out. I've been inside a few times and it's looking very VIP ish!

It was just great 'house music' the room was feeling good...the vibe was right so jojo played some 'proppa' house tracks.
