  1. muscle milke is good post cardio not post workouts or lifting, it has fat in it and when you lift your body needs to be repelnished asap. So fat slows down the process of any digestion. Post workout you are always looking for fast absorbing protein with a good complex carb or a malto dextrose mix.
  2. Hey everyone, I was wondering if you can help I am looking for a medium size to large club to throw a party. Most places are booked on Satrudays. So if you can help that would be great! Either Anyplace in NY will do Queens, long island, brooklyn the city. Thanks in Advance Jeanice
