j.khobb - The music that awakened the enthusiasm in his young ears at the early age of eight was the likes of Guns and Roses. Besides being the polestar of interests in life,
discovering the life inside the music was truly the turning point for him. Writing his very first piece of music one year later, a prodigy was born. Shortly afterwards he began
to study the piano, and then the drums. Having found the panicle of instruments – the drums – he couldn’t stop there. j.khobb later founded a band, wrote the music, lyrics and
lead his band mates on a tour of musical success. The band split…and the days of being a great drummer were over. But even this couldn’t stop his love of music. Loaded with
ideas, there had to be a solution. Stubborn as ever, j.khobb had to compensate for the musical black hole. Through some acquaintances and the clubbing scene he was introduced to
electronic music. Soon he realized that all he ever wanted to do was to compose and produce with all his might…The main reason: independence in the artistic process of creating
music he could share with the world!

Matt Rowan Bio:
Matt Rowan’s DJ career spans two decades of house music and continues to grow and evolve today. Having commenced his first residency back in 1998, Matt has gone on to become a regular at many a Sydney nightclub and event.
A style that’s been described as “Bass-driven House Musicâ€, Matt’s sets incorporate a strong rhythmic and techy feel whilst remaining light hearted and funky: A combination which gets any dance floor moving! This dance floor oriented approach to set structure and programming, combined with deft skills, has seen Matt become resident at Sounds on Sunday and Sydney’s premier progressive night SweetChilli. With dates both local and interstate, 2006 will also see Matt make his WMC debut with numerous guest appearances alongside some of the industry’s finest.
2005 saw the release of Matt’s debut production “The Cruzer EP†on L2 Music as well as remixes of Ikarus’s Collapso and Seyton’s “Vikinfjordâ€. Further releases on L2, Boston label Reversible and Fiberline are expected early 2006 as will his tune “Keep Sake†which will soon appear on Steve Porter’s “Porterhouse†compilation.
Alongside production buddy Jaytech, Matt’s release “Tomorrow/Blaze†was described by Nick Warren as “…the tune of 2005†and was championed by Warren as well as Hernan Cattaneo around the globe. Signed to Hope recordings, “Tomorrow†will now feature on Dave Seaman’s forthcoming Renaissance compilation “Master Series 3â€. 2006 will see more original productions from the duo and remixes for V-Sag, Starecase as well as releases on Fiberline and Hope Recordings.

Artist Bio:
j.khobb - The music that awakened the enthusiasm in his young ears at the early age of eight was the likes of Guns and Roses. Besides being the polestar of interests in life, discovering the life inside the music was truly the turning point for him. Writing his very first piece of music one year later, a prodigy was born. Shortly afterwards he began to study the piano, and then the drums. Having found the panicle of instruments – the drums – he couldn’t stop there. j.khobb later founded a band, wrote the music, lyrics and lead his band mates on a tour of musical success. The band split…and the days of being a great drummer were over. But even this couldn’t stop his love of music. Loaded with ideas, there had to be a solution. Stubborn as ever, j.khobb had to compensate for the musical black hole. Through some acquaintances and the clubbing scene he was introduced to electronic music. Soon he realized that all he ever wanted to do was to compose and produce with all his might…The main reason: independence in the artistic process of creating music he could share with the world!
