I've compiled 7 tracks I've made over the years into a free release for download. It's mimimal techno / techhouse. It's my first solo album of music. And I wrote it between 1997 to 2007. Best of all I composed them either on a QY-700 or a MPC-4000 (depending on how old they are) and recorded into Nuendo, or straight to DAT. If this episode had a musical theme, the musical theme would be 80's Synthpop. Each song of (these are definitely not tracks) have that overdub electronic feel that a lot of my favorite early electronic songs have. And with a musical influence inspired by the holidays; they aren't Christmas carols, but the stories behind the tunes sets the mood well. I also throw in a healthy dose of production technique on how each song was composed. Hi hi hi.... I'm Verg. I live in toronto and am a tech-head. Techhead? I like techno... no wait a sec.... I REALLY like techno... in fact I've come to the conclusion that everything and anything is/can be techno related. I've been into it since forever..... I make tracks.... I podcast about my love of techno,.... and I do silly little projects to promote it.... More then anything else.. I've been poking around trying to see what's out there in the world and find places to visit that are techno related.. When I didn't have much to do about anything music always kept me from losing myself. And now here I am.... poking around on the net looking for a new scene to check out.... my local board is interesting... but sorta boring now.. so I've been hunting around for a new scene to play around in. And that's what brought me here....
