    Moving to England at 17 to study performing arts Norwegian born, Camilla Romestrand soon was picked up by Zomba Music. Her creative talents, cool attitude and sex appeal coupled with multi platinum selling producer, Nicky Cook, encouraged her to form the band, Dolls House. Romestrand toured the country with her brand of sleazy rock and roll and won accolades in 2007 as London's best-unsigned band.

    NME Magazine wrote : "Romestrand is so sexy that she jellifies the legs of every boy and girl watching".

    Flash forward to 2010; Camilla reinvented as a nickname, Eddie "The Gun", comes with what is to be one of the summer's biggest singles. "Don't Be Afraid" is featured in the film Chain Letter, with 3D portions produced by James Cameron (open on 3,000 screens Nationwide October 2010). Part 1 of this two part release will feature the original version, along with remixes by some of the world's best up and coming producers. Part 1 will be released on iTunes and all major digital platforms on Slanted Black Records, August 10, 2010.

    Part 1 includes remixes from DJ QDO, Ellis Miah, Bonjour Hi!, Dante and Shlavens & D-Lav, delivering a wide range of dance floor magic from fidget to anthemic floorfillers, along with downtempo mixes that will have everyone looking for the ghost in the darkness.

    Part 2, released August 17th, will feature mixes from Dennis Ciallela & John Feelgood, Mike Ivy & Dave Rose, along with a mix from ETG producer, Nicky Cook, aka, Hollywood Nicky.

The b-side, Energy Mass Emotion, truly has its own cadence, slowly marching you into the darkness of the mind, body and soul.     Jonas Koep has held residences at clubs throughout NY, NJ and PA, while he’s played up and down the east coast in such clubs as, Sullivan Room, Avenue , Shampoo, Transit, Millenium, Moomia, Love, 40c, Eye Bar, Rebel. Along with his other achievements, Jonas Koep is a member of the Garden State Recordings Group consisting of Danny Landon, Killer Sweetheart, Asop, Dani Lehman, Pearlie Baker and Hank Aaron Jones

    Garden State Recordings was founded in New Jersey in 2005, since then their artists have been performing throughout the country at various clubs and venues.     Well, after a bit of restructuring, NY LOVE is coming atcha strong with another release of stellar tracks, featuring the remix work of two of the hottest names in the dance world right now, Masi & Mello. Their dark and twisted sound is heard the world over on various labels and they have topped themselves with these two gems, that have already gotten some major attention from clubbers and industry types, alike.

    First up is Puppydogs by John Creamer & Stephane K with Tom Geiger, who's single Empty Girl (remixed by Morgan Page) is sure to be one of THE songs of the summer. Speaking of OVAHNESS, the one and only Alan T, one of the most recognizable names and voices in house music, contacted Slanted Black's label head, cRAIG mITCHELL with an acapella that celebrates NYC's world famous weekly party, ASSETERIA. After serving up cRAIG's much discussed dub, a staple in several DJ's sets during WMC 2009, he enlisted so many great remixers who PRODUCED...(period...LOL), the package had to be split into 2 parts to SPREAD that ass... After the hugely successful first edition, it's now time to tap the right cheek in order to spread that ass a lil mo'.
