So, I have seen some CRAZY WMC packages available here on Craigs List. Like that one that is $1500 a person for 5 days and sharing a room with 3 other people. DAYAM! Anyway, I am leasing a LUXURY house long term in South Beach and I won't be around during Winter Music Conference (WMC) week so I am offering it up. I don't care if you rent 1 of the bedrooms, 2 of the bedrooms or all 3 bedrooms. The price will be the same! Only women can rent the rooms, unless you (or your group) rent all 3 bedrooms. This is for obvious safety reasons. I am still getting pictures ready and pricing ready, but I expect it to be around $349 a night (3/21-3/26) per ROOM (or $175 per person if you bring a friend to share it. Only $116 if you bring 2 friends to share the room). 2-3 people per room allowed, plus full use of the large residence. Did I mention walking distance to Lincoln Road and nightlife? No taxis needed!!! Anyway, if you are stressing out because WMC is only a month away and everything is sold out and crazy expensive, send me a note and I'll add you to the list. Within the next few days, I'll send out an email to everyone on the list and it will be first come, first serve until the rooms are gone...and they will go fast. Yep, sharing a house instead of a tiny ass hotel room. Trust me, it's not a little piece of $hit house either. Feel free to ask any question that you may have!
