Stumbled upon this while I was on the NFL’s website: "This year during the Detroit vs Green Bay Thanksgiving football game, be sure to catch Vita Chambers, Forever the Sickest Kids, Hal Linton, Shontelle, Kem, and Melanie Fiona performing classic Motown songs during the 2009 United Way Thanksgiving Halftime Show: A Motown 50th Anniversary Tribute!" Melanie Fiona is pretty tight so I'd look out for her. The others I’m not so sure about. I’ll probably watch. I went to a Salvador Santana show last week at the Knitting Factory with my friends from Fontana and I was surprised at how good Carlos Santana’s son was at performing. His keyboard skills are sick! His music isn’t that bad either. He definitely has a different sound than his father..his music is a mix of hip-hop, funk, rock and latin music. He’s actually gonna be on tour wit his dad soon so that’d be something cool to check out if ur a Carlos Santana fan.

Anyone gonna check out Carlos Santana's sons new group, The Salvador Santana Band? For those with no idea what I am talking about, they are a Latin rock/Hop-Hop group that are making a name for themselves. The reason I know of them is through my umg internship.
