What Do You Do To Gain Energy??

Hey also, take vitamins and get plenty of protein. You might want to get a protein supplement if you aren't getting enough.

Also, when you eat, it's good to eat carbohydrates and protein at the same time like they talk about in the zone diet. If I just eat like a plate of pasta I don't feel like I have as much energy.

I think I do a bit of all of these things to obtain energy! I do yoga in the mornings, then coffee and Stackers (3) through out the day, then a line or two before I go out, and then a general mixture of red bull, vodka, e, blow and extreme happiness that I'm not at work (the non-work thing alone does it, I think), and then I dance and dance, and I don't sleep for a couple of days. . . Not to mention that even my multi vitamin contains ginseng, and I'm very petite and weigh under 100 lbs.

My god, am I going to die soon?
