Looks like David Padilla has been arrested and has been linked to his cousin the terrorist Jose Padilla who's plan was to drop a dirty bomb on US soil. FBI has new evidence that in addition to Jose Padilla dropping a dirty bomb David Padilla was going to drop some german trance to make sure there was no survivors.
