(it's upstairs from the Guvernment, all outside)get in through the Drink entrance, bullshit the guy at the door, because if you get in from the Drink, you can go up to the skybar, go to Charlies, Orange room, basically all the rooms-If you get in throughthe Guv, you can pretty much just stay downstairs.
